Paul Warburg
Hello, Orbis. Today I bring you news: Davos will start holding lotteries on a regular basis. No, this is not your typical 50/50 raffle. This is a lottery, the orbis jackpot lottery. The rules are simple. 1. 4 numbers will be rolled 0 to 49 (inclusive) until there is no matching numbers. 2. Any number that matches is a winner, even if its 1 number. A modest 8% chance to win something. 3. If someone hits the jackpot, they get everything. This is unlikely though. 4. All tickets will hold 8 digits, regardless of the numbers, If there is a number less than 10, a '0' is placed infront of it. 5. There's no limit on how many tickets you can buy. The program is written in python. There will be videos for transparency reasons. If the jackpot is not hit, the program will announce the winners, and how much per ticket. It will also annonce how much money is being forwarded to the next drawing. There's 2 ways to recieve a ticket. Handpicked and automation. Handpicked tickets will cost 1m per ticket, automated tickets will cost 750k per ticket. These numbers may change depending on your suggestions. If you pick the automated tickets option, your numbers will be publicly announced before the drawing. I will get to this as soon as possible. If you pick the hand picked option, please be aware of rule 4. The length of all tickets should be 8. Notes- The numbers are merged into 1 number for display purposes. Automated numbers are in ascending order before being merged to 1 number. This is not a requirement for handpicked numbers. Suggestions are welcomed. All payments are sent to my nation.
