Attack on Saigon

It has been approximately 96 hours since the frigate ANS Shark was attacked and destroyed by Vietnamese ships in the South China Sea,killing most crew members abroad.As most people knew,a response from America was imminent against this act of war,however,no one expected the events that would happen on this day to even be thought of.

On this day,while thousands of unsuspecting residents of Saigon were on their day to day duties,the alarm bells rang out all across the country, people knew that something gravely bad was about to happened as they panicked severely;rushed to any shelter that they could find,however shortly thereafter, a supersonic bomber sped across the sky at speeds faster than sound,and 2 seconds later,a large flash was seen,anyone who looked at the flash was blinded however this was not the least of their problems as before they could even realize it, they were vaporized. As you might have guess,it was indeed a thermonuclear bomb with a strength of 41.5 kilotons,and it was dropped on Saigon.A few naive minds would think such a harsh response would be the end of it all,however, unfortunately for them,this is only the beginning.

"Vietnam and the American Commonwealth have been long standing enemies for years.Before you make your ridiculous threats,we would like to remind you that it was an American frigate that was illegally attacked in international waters,without any reason.And what did the international community do?Nothing.We only retaliated in our own way,as a fully conventional war would've undoubtedly resulted in far more casualties than a single nuclear bomb.I suggest the international community minds it's own business and well shall do the same.Or else."

We are disgusted by this disproportionate reaction. To kill millions in response to the deaths of hundreds is not only a needless slaughter of civilians; it also spits on the memory of the lost crew on your ship. Is this what they would have wanted? Reubenia henceforth offers economic and military aid to the beleaguered people of Vietnam. Any diplomats of the American Commonwealth will be detained and deported. Any ships passing within 500 kilometres of Reubenian waters will be captured. And don't try nuking us; we have a state-of-the-art missile defence system. NOTE: Before the coup
SOE despies the brutality peformed on the people of Saigon, there could have been many more civil ways to peform this. The use of a Mass Destructioning Weapon was not needed.
All of this conflict could have been peacefully resolved so we learn from that the Commonwealth is not to be trusted.
With this being said, SOE has already implemented Sanctions on the Comonwealth, as before there could be a very few Commonwealth citizens to enter SOE, now there will be none. Any Suspicion or Hostility from Commonwealth towards SOE or any nation that SOE likes (Germany, Umberella, Hungadada) will have serious consecuences and will just demolish the already low relations.
A Policy was already implemented , before this, that nothing related to the Commonwealth may pass through Land Controlled by SOE, nor water nor airspace. Only warning they will get is this one, to not pass through our land, our space, our waters.

GOVERNMENT OF HUNGADADA

Hungadada condemns the actions of The Commonwealth in the strongest possible terms. We are horrifyingly outraged at the disproportionate use of a nuclear weapon that will have a lasting impact on the affected population of Saigon. The murder of thousands in Saigon constitutes a war crime of epic proportions. Those responsible for the barbaric actions taken in Vietnam must be brought to justice. 

Hungadada has begun implementing a wide range of sanctions against The Commonwealth. Furthermore, ships or boats affiliated or registered with The Commonwealth will be banned from entering Hungadadian territorial waters, and any airplanes registered or affiliated with The Commonwealth are now banned from entering Hungadadian airspace.

When a country commits a crime on an epic scale, when nuclear weapons are detonated, and when thousands of civilians are murdered in war crimes, it becomes the 'business' of the international community. 

Hungadada will continue to monitor the situation.
