Seeing that the nation is in ruins in some bits, mostly Cyprus. The Reconstruction have started immediatly and to show that there will be something good out of the war, the reconstruction will be construction in general. The 'reconstruction period' codenamed SAMA will inculde a few plans, some of are
-a Larger High-Tech Istanbul
-Construction of a bullet-train railroad through all of SOE
-Construction of a Mega-City at Cyprus
-Various Constructions of Statues at major areas during the war (one of which is at the SOE-Britannian border where the 'stealth attacks' were pursuied at the Britannian Forces'
-As the DS wanted, a Base at Bahrain for Mogatopia/Mog[Corp]

As to note, SAMA is the codename for the period after the civil war until the point of SOE being stronger or back on it's feet
Seeing that SOE itself is not liked by some nations it decided to open embassies in some nations.

After the conflict, to secure that not an another Civil War happens, the pressure would be put on the DS but on SOE itself with many patrols from the Military Police, but some wishes from the DS will be granted.

[Classified] The Ottoman Army has been extended, the new recruits are being trained at Baghdad. The Chief of Staff has sent a message to DBreich , to bring back the units or to send some other troops with whom the soldiers could peform Exercises for Urban Combat and the SOE troops will exercise Desert Combat with the german soldiers , like it was planned before the civil war errupted. (Going to add the number later) 
Other Military Actions were shown in more troops being put in Arabian and Qataran land , there were exercises at the border, constant drills and what not. [Classified]

On an another note, at Izmir, many scientsits and volounteers in general have been sent as an expiditionary group to Antartica, where there was a Science Base set up. They've been sent there to explore what there is and to find resources and anything mysterious or worth researching or exploring. Beforehand , the Sultan has asked the leaders of a few nations to join SOE in their efforts with exploring the Mysterious Freezing Wasteland.
Those nations were the ones with whom SOE was close and it were Mogatopia, Britannia and DBreich.  Knowing that Britannia and Mogatopia are enemies, they might get along in the unified effort in exploring the Freezing Places of the planet.

The Commanders, DS Loyalists and what not , have been found and their new indentities. 
They've been found in Wintery, Amenria and the Mid West of N. America.
[Classified] Actions against the ones have been only implemented in Wintery, on their own, to secure the safety of Wintery without raising tension. After the Assasinations of the escapists, Only the leader of Wintery has been informed. In Britannia and Nova Empire, SOE worked together with both of them to extinguish the DS Loyalists whom escaped. The Ones in Amenria were left alone , SOE didn't bother much about the ones in Amenria, even if they posed a danger to them or not. [Classified]

An Hispanic-Ottoman Businessman Colonel Juan Garcia Cortez, has invested some money into the Embassy , together with the SOE government. He was glad with helping the SOE Government in the time of need, he did it willingly so the Government could spend their money on reperations.

SOE Has let the germans build a base at Antalya , Southern Turkey, for German and potential Britannian use. The Germans would have to buils it themselves. They have gotten a message from a representative for Germany that they wanted one , the Ottomans weren't keen on building one themselves so they just wanted to fulfill Germanys wish and just let them build one

With Britannian Support, the SOE Railroad has been finished. It Reaches all major places in SOE. There are a Few points.

At Alpha Way, the Railroad goes over the sea to reach Qatar and UAE Teritorries. The Railroad itself isn't the old-style but It's a hologram-like surface on which the train can go on.

The Construction of Istanbul is finally finished. All over the city are Drone Guards, the city is shining light blue with all the lights and nightlife, there are no more "outskirts" of Istanbul, Istanbul is expanded to a large point of the Europan Claim of SOE.

The Sultan has contacted Umberella Officials to improve the Healthcare, Education and etc. They are asking them to provide them and let them construct administrate Facilities which would improve the things listed before. SOE wants to improve the Technology that is daily used by Civilians, so Higher Technology  Vechicles, Entertainment Systems, Tools, Household Items and etc.

After the Conflict with Mogatopia, most soldiers were wounded , no causalities but some were with larger wounds some with smaller ones. The Large Ottoman White Lotus (Red Cross Organization) has helped out the Soldiers, get them back on their feet. The Medical Personel is much larger as many people have volounteered to not just help out the soldiers now but in further conflicts, they wanted to stay in the Medical Branch of the Military.


To Establish Stability and get rid from the Crazy Lunatics of DS. The Main Anatolian Army has focused their Main Anatolian Army in parts of SOE that were under the control of the DS during the civil war. The reason for that is to find the activities of the DS remnants that are spread all across the world.
After the Arrival of Ottoman Troops , the People gathered on thee streets. As they marched through the streets, some adult men went back into their houses and they took out their guns and started shooting at the Military from thier houses. After the first shot , that missed, the Marching Units went into defensive positions. The Position is based on that the soldiers backs are turned to each other while combined they could see the whole area.
The Military was standing still in the streets waiting for someone to get out of cover, as soon as he was out of the cover for one second he was shot, caused by the strict Military Training. 

SOE has gathered much intel from this act. It has achieved many maps , fake ids and papers with pictures of DS Commander, Politicians etc.
In most maps, it was SOE with mostly 3 colours. One green which was Southeastern Anatolia. It was an area where the SOE has never fought on during the civil war. An Expidition Group was sent same goes with Scout Planes. There were Military Units who shooted with oudated guns at the Planes. It was an Radical Islamic Uprising that was a thing since the birth of DS or even before.

The Sultan has decided to just don't let them get of their "useless desert town" until the Reperations are done which will happen soon as SOE gets a lot of Support from Germany and other nations that SOE likes (but not as much as Germany). 
The construction of the Mega City at Cyprus have been halted but the city is mostly done. It's halted until the Reperation of the Military until the numbers are the same as before the war.
The Home Military Production is at the highest efficiency and it's producing tanks 3.5x the speed than before and Planes 1.5x the speed than before. So the Reperations are mostly done of the Military Force. The Cause for the massive boost in Production is caused by many things. Outside support, More Modern Efficient and Simpler Technology and The Determination of the people working there.

Further Things that have been found are the ids. It's seen that the DS has went to nations that hated or were neutral about the situation of SOE. The Highest Rate of DS Officials that escaped are at Amenria , Mogatopia and Resoria. But now their Locations and Fake Identities are known for 100%. Without the Ottomans being able to send their secret service into those nations to cause a war , they have contacted Resoria and Mogatopia and they have given them the indentities and locations of those Men who are trying to cause dammage in other nations. Amenria is left uncontacted as the relations between SOE and Amenria grew grim while SOE has had interest with the African nations and it always wanted to support the African Nations of this world.

Furthermore , Many Dogs have been rescued from the DS remnants and their tiny HQs. The Dogs were German Shepherds with German-SOE tags on them. They were stolen during the conflict. The Dogs were barely fed and given fresh water. Some of the dogs didn't have all 4 legs. They were now considered a veteran and have given special treatment at Istanbul, in the Royal Palace of the Sultan. The rest of the dogs were taken by the military , fed and given water in the bases and they were used to keep up the Soldiers' Sanities.

SOE is willing to make a share of embassies with Reubenia. If allowed, SOE would make one at Ankara, the least important big city in SOE.
