That's the whole point of this.  This is just Round 1.  Weeding out all the bads.

 

You mean weeding out the good options and leaving troll names that are really bad.

 

Instead of, you know, just removing offensive and generally ridiculous names lets have the trolls of PnW vote for them.

 

That makes sense.  <_<

 

In the end it's just a name, but man is "Get Gud Friday" an awful name.

In the end it's just a name, but man is "Get Gud Friday" an awful name.

 

While I do some filtering, I keep it limited to names that break the rules or for technical reasons can't be used (see is literally a sentence or weird characters). It has been tradition since long before I got here that the community names the wars. While I have generally taken the role of proctor for this process, it would be vastly overstepping for me to unilaterally select names. If you don't like the names being presented, then provide better ones in the suggestion thread. And then get other people to vote for them.

 

Also of the various things wars have been named, "Git Gud Friday" is one of the least terrible so.
