Josh Freer
Greetings Orbis, If Keno and Dice are growing boring for you, luckily we have good news. Stratton Oakmont presents a lottery, the likes of which have never been seen before on Orbis. Each ticket bought in the Stratton Oakmont lottery goes into a weekly draw and a jackpot draw. 90% of each ticket purchase will go into the draws with half of that percentage going into the weekly draw and the other half going into the big jackpot. Now you may ask “Won’t that make each jackpot equal?†the answer is no. The weekly draw will be guaranteed to pay out to one lucky winner each week (with a minimum of $2.5 million) whereas the big jackpot will have a 25% chance of paying out each week. Should the jackpot not pay out, the current amount of the jackpot will rollover to the next week. This gives a 90% chance of paying out at least once over 8 weeks. The winning ticket will be chosen by a random number generator with three blank tickets being generated for each ticket bought and added to the overall jackpot draw ticket pool. For example, if 100 tickets are purchased then the numbers 1-100 will be assigned for both the weekly and the jackpot draw. Then for the jackpot draw, 300 more tickets would be added bringing the total to 400 tickets. If no one wins the jackpot that week the jackpot amount will be transferred over to the next week. The next ticket sold will be #1 for the weekly draw and #1 for the jackpot. To win the jackpot draw for a given week, a new ticket must be purchased each week. For instance, If a person were to buy 5 tickets in week #1 when the jackpot does not payout and only buy one ticket for week #2, in the jackpot drawing for week #2 they will only have one entry, not six. Costs: Each ticket will cost $100,000 with $45,000 going to the weekly lottery and $45,000 going to the jackpot draw. Draws will be held every Wednesday Night server time. If you wish to purchase a ticket then please direct your payments to Brandon Donsberger. We suggest that you message Brandon when you send the ticket money just to confirm your purchase 3 Quote Honour, Fury, Fire

The winner of the Weekly Draw amounting to $9,495,000 is Purple. No one won the Jackpot draw so $9,495,000 carries over to next week.
