Describe yourself in OOC terms: The Tamil Tigers was one of the poorest countries in the Indian Subcontinent stretching from Southern India to Northern Sri Lanka. 

Have you read, and do you agree to abide with, the rules? (Yes/No):

Where on the map do you want to be located? (Using real-world geography/nations, or a self-provided map): Northern part of Sri Lanka and Southern part of Tamil Nadu.

(Map-wise, you're limited to a maximum of 50 provinces. Describe your Nation IC: Rekishtein is a republic with ten provinces. It is home to mainly the Rekish people and has been for hundreds of years. Rekishtein used to be part of Austria-Hungary and the German Empire however was liberated after World War 1. During World War 2 it was invaded, however near the end of the war Rekishtein overthrew Nazi occupation and became independent once again, and taking part of Austria and Germany.

That empire mysteriously disappeared and left the kingdom of Ianuahila, alone as the only remaining stable kingdom. Ianuahila spread its influence throughout Africa. The 3rd generation of the Alroa throne currently rules the empire.

I'd like to transfer 4 provinces from Ireland(the island) to where the country of Panama is IRL. I believe all I have in Ireland is 4 provinces, actually I might have 5, but I also gift the province with Dublin to Germany. My post will come soon.

Depends
If Player A owns Province 1 then Player A can RP that it rebelled
But Player B can't say Province 1 rebelled against Player A because they have no say in it.
