JPMorgan
Randlord Capital Group, one of several banks in Orbis, is selling collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). Everything you need to know: (1) Each CDO is priced $5,000,000 at the beginning (check below for current). There will be 63 sold total, amounting to $315,000,000. (2) Payouts will be variable depending on payments on the debts. Interest averages 6.33% on outstanding. (3) Financial modelling projects yield is roughly $100,000,000 ROI totalled across all CDOs (roughly $1.6M per CDO). (4) Financial modelling projects timeline of roughly 2.2 months. (5) CDOs may be bought and sold among peers, like stocks; however, CDOs will be repriced at each payout to make all resales break even. In this way, anyone can buy in, resell to recoup the principal (all the while retaining interest profits), and now a new person can buy in and earn interest. Everyone breaks even on principal and earns interest so long as the new price is followed as updated here below. All sales must be directly informed to me via in-game message or Discord. (6) Debts are backed by Randlord Capital Group. What is essentially happening? Each CDO is a sliver of the debt. You're buying a piece of the loans. Interest is then rerouted to you in proportion to what you own. Current price: $ 1,462,262 (per CDO) Interest rate swaps in the future? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Edited April 7, 2017 by JPMorgan
donsberger
I don't know why you would run a CDO when it ruined the economy
JPMorgan
I don't know why you would run a CDO when it ruined the economy Correction: CDOs comprised of subprime lending and synthesized CDOs killed the economy. As well as banks selling off the securities. Edited February 25, 2017 by JPMorgan
