"We will deploy two armies of overwhelming numbers and simply run the enemy through, an old tactic, but golden oldies am I right?" Not hearing any response Lordship simply repeated the lead in until people is a disjointed manner confirmed him. "Now who shall lead these two forces... ummmm..." he mused. Dalinar quickly spoke up, "Oh my King please allow me to punish your enemies and lead one of the armies". Lordship approached Dalinar and grabbed his head bringing it close onto his bosom, "Don't ever leave my side Sir Dalinar, life just isn't the same if you are not close by". Snapping out of the moment Lordship composed himself and went back to the topic at hand, "Anyway... the one who will lead the first army will be... uh... well... maybe... Sir... Sabriel? Yes, yes, of course, Sir Sabriel's ability is without question and such a good kisser too... not that I'd know about that, just something I've heard". As he began the same process for the second army involved Durmij spoke up, "Master Lordship, as supreme leader you should be at the head of one of the armies" Lordship turning to Durmij, "I should shouldn't I... ... ...", he then turned away and continued muttering his jumbled thoughts. Eventually after a good 3 minutes of silence Vanek26 cut the tension in the room, "Master Lordship there is not even any need to send such a large force in the second army. Mensa alone is mor..." just then he was cut off by Lordship who announced he had finally figured out the one to lead the second army. "I thank you for speaking up Vanek26 because you just reminded me that you have a man in your camp of particular talent. I speak of course of just only the smartest man to ever live, the great and wonderful LordRahl2. In fact as thanks you can just relax here at Radiant Castle in peace Vanek26, your troops will be in LordRahl2's capable hands". *Inside Llanera Castle* The Roz enjoyed a drink of wine with no great concern with his retainers, "You know I actually wondered what Hell had in store for me but this Lordship has shown that he is nowhere near my equal. Any imbecile can deploy such a large army and intimidate the cowardly, but it takes a really big imbecile to put Sabriel and LordRahl2 at the head of his armies. As sure as from nothing I am now here in Llanera, I shall be in Radiant Castle in good time. Sir Prefontaine has headed towards Baskor country already and I'm sure he will dispose of Sabriel with ease. We will fight LordRahl2 at Shamian plains and withdraw beyond the river when enough damage has been done". You are only mentioned in LoR 13 & 14 (referred to as one of Rose's bravest of the brave and better than Pfeiffer and Ogaden by Caillou, but mocked as a mere beater of drums and clang gongs by Inst. You tried to then kill Inst but were stopped by Caillou) and make up the army list as one of Caillou's premier commanders in 15. Belisarius was Rose's top guy outside the Emperor himself in story so he got most of the attention when it came to Rose related stories. In a bit of trivia you originally were listed as the Rose Emperor in LoR 1 however from what I recall soon after Caillou became Emperor and as such I decided at that point that is was better to not be at the mercy of gov changes going forward and made Caillou Emperor with no intention to change that even if he only lasted a month or two. Hey I'm in this. Neat. It's also has a lot of homoerotic undertones, like Top Gun. That's neat too. I don't judge. I'm happy they are happy.
