We are pleased to see a wonderful, unified, progressive nation finally be formed out of the northern section of the Iberian Peninsula. For far to long, northern Iberia has been a ruinous land of crime and chaos, where warlords waged petty conquests for plunder and for their pride. Occasional states have popped up to fill that void, but all have been unsuccessful. We have a lot of faith in this new nation, Resnervas, that borders us. We hope the I.P.S.O. will help us stabilize and enrich the region more, and that Evenstar culture may benefit from Iberian culture. I know the heir to The Kingdom of The Evenstar, Praxis Septim, has been spending a lot of time recently with Duke Gordon of the Resvernan House of Velaryon. I am confident our two dynasties will get along nicely. As a sort of confirmation of this agreement, a shipment of 8,000 tons of Evenstar steel has been sent to Resvernas in exchange for 10,000 tons of Resvernan gasoline: ABOVE: The E.S.S United Hearts sends cargo to Driftmark, the capitol of Resvernas.
