Caecus
After this election, all the liberals say "I'm moving to Canada," because Trump won. My question is, if Hillary won, where would Conservatives run to? Canada is a socialist paradise. Maybe Saudi Arabia? Rick Santorum might be too liberal for that... 1 Quote It's a useful mental exercise. Through the years, many thinkers have been fascinated by it. But I don't enjoy playing. It was a game that was born during a brutal age when life counted for little. Everyone believed that some people were worth more than others. Kings. Pawns. I don't think that anyone is worth more than anyone else. Chess is just a game. Real people are not pieces. You can't assign more value to some of them and not others. Not to me. Not to anyone. People are not a thing that you can sacrifice. The lesson is, if anyone who looks on to the world as if it was a game of chess, deserves to lose. Donald Trump
Singapore. First world country and capitalist, but not a craphole like Saudi Arabia.
Rozalia
I don't recall widespread talk of moving somewhere by Conservatives if Trump lost. Unlike the "citizens of the world" Liberal elite, other folk tend to have a connection to their local area be it their town, state, region, or country and if something is rotten then you stay and fight. The perfect country for those weak and cowardly (lying) Liberals is Mexico because think of all the enriching they could be doing there.
Doktor Avalanche
Depends on what you mean when you say Conservative. Social Conservatives? Like the Rick Santorum types who hates personal freedom of speech and expression and believe we all need to surrender to Christian/Catholic ethics? Economic Conservatives? Similar to the Rick Perry types who support a free market economy and property rights but allows corporatism to run amock? Neo-Conservatives? Like Karl Rove types who support government intervention on their terms and also support a America First foreign policy backed by a large standing army ready to police the world? Paleo-Conservatives? Like the Ron Paul types who demand the end of the Federal Reserve, supports a conversion to the gold standard and believes an open, free market can be self sustaining? I could go on, and on, and on... 1 Quote Beer. Damn Good Beer.

Social Conservatives - Saudi Arabia Economic Conservatives - China Neo-Conservatives - Russia Paleo-Conservatives - In an airplane going the speed of light back to 1890. Edit: I take that back, there are no airplanes in 1890. There aren't even cars. Maybe a steamboat? Or a rail car. Why can't conservatives just be more happy-go-lucky and settle on one country? Sigh. Auctor
Most tend to ascribe to the idea that the US is their very last chance to do it right and if it doesn't work here it won't work anywhere. This is why it's not really a thing.
Ogaden
Nationalists only like their religion or nationality, Santorum would be miserable in Saudi. He wants a country *like* Saudi, but with English speaking Christians, like Oliver Cromwell's England.
Aisha Greyjoy
I've applied for jobs in Sweden. That's where I'd like to live. However much people might !@#$ about the USA, it is in the top 20 or so countries in terms of quality of life.(top 10 according the #1 and #2 google result https://www.numbeo.com/quality-of-life/rankings_by_country.jsp, http://www.usnews.com/news/best-countries/quality-of-life-full-list ) So, people shouldn't leave lightly, and not over something so trivial as an election result. 2 Quote Duke of House Greyjoy

Thalmor
Back after Obama won reelection in 2012, my mother was considering trying to get me, her, and my stepdad a second citizenship in Dominica (No, not the Dominican Republic; Dominica is a separate nation). I think the justification was that it was easy to get one there.
Caecus
They would go to Texas. Oh oh oh! I got a good joke. What's the difference between Saudi Arabia and Texas? Women drivers. Aisha Greyjoy
Really, a HRC presidency would not differ significantly from a BHO presidency. So, if a conservative didn't leave after 2008 or 2012, there'd be little reason to leave after 2016 if things shook out differently. Sylvia
We go underground to the bomb shelters, like everyone else would. Most of us liberals can't afford bomb shelters as we don't generally make over middle class wages like the people who will benefit the most from Trump, and thus can't make or buy one worth living in should he do something dumb. Far too expensive. I've looked into the cost after Nov. 8th (not really) After this election, all the liberals say "I'm moving to Canada," because Trump won. My question is, if Hillary won, where would Conservatives run to? Canada is a socialist paradise. Maybe Saudi Arabia? Rick Santorum might be too liberal for that... Nope. I actually have not met a liberal who is even half way serious. It's just a joke and I'm sure would be for conservatives too. It's Trump supporters who want to make America Great AGAIN. I think it is great regardless so why move? Don't like the current power, it will switch in 4 to 8 years. We will live. They would go to Texas. Thread winner right there.
