Popular Post Emperor Tristar Majestica Posted November 8, 2016 Popular Post Share Posted November 8, 2016 (edited) As of today, The Commonwealth and Resplendent Inc. have officialy signed a Mutual Defense Pact (MDP): The Commonwealth - Obelisk MDP Hereby, The Commonwealth and Respondent Inc. agree to sign this MDP in recognition that this MDP bounds them together to defend the others sovereignty when it may be threatened. Article 1 - Mutual Defense Mutual Defense is agreed to by the signing of this pact. Both signators will actively work to ensure that the other never remains alone in a battle. Should one signator come under attack, the other is obligated, under this treaty to help defend.M Article 2 - Non Chaining Clause Should a signatory declare war on an enemy alliance, the MDP becomes optional if the attacked alliance’s allies declare upon the attacking alliance. This is to ensure that none of the signatories get embroiled in wars that they shouldn’t be in Article 3 - Intelligence Sharing Under this MDP, both signatories are obligated to share intelligence that is crucial (important/beneficial) to the other signatory’s defense. Article 4 - Withdrawal Should either signatory deem themselves unable to keep the requirements of this MDP, a 72 hour notice to the other signatory is compulsory.
