Politics and War Tutorial - Introduction This video talks about creating your nation and goes over a few simple things like buying infrastructure, land, improvements, joining alliances, and trading with other nations. Politics and War Tutorial Part 2 - Nation Interaction, Tax Rates, Color Bonus This video talks about nation interaction -- doing things like messaging, trading, and declaring war. It also talks about how the tax rate and economic policy system works, as well as briefly covering color bonuses. 3 Is there a bug? Report It | Not understanding game mechanics?
