I was thinking we haven't had a thread on these things in a while so here is one.

European traitors running scared due to the continued decimation of their support in their countries have killed it, though it should be noted other such proposals are of course in the pipework some of which we know due to leaks and others undoubtedly we don't because... trade deals for the good of all must be drawn up in secret and deceptively sold and pushed through.

Credit to Obama, who normally is so weak but on this (had to be something like this of all things naturally) he kept some deal of strength on unlike Clinton.

Remember folks in that middle ground unsure on things. Free trade ain't to protect trade be it from protectionism or what have you. Free trade is protection for the corporations from the public. Once upon time perhaps it was different, but today that is all it is.

So feel free to comment people, those who like the result and those who have had to receive suicide counselling... if you're actually out of suicide watch anyway. I take my victory over the globalists on here on why TTIP is terrible to be wot won it.

UPDATE on TTP (and TTIP ultimately I guess).

There was always the idea among the elite that whatever is done now (at that time) is irrelevant, for a Clinton win would put it right back on track. Then when Trump won well... the madman wouldn't really do it, he can't do this to us, globalism is inevitable and unstoppable...

The guardian is the linked source so you can wonder in amazement when exactly this brand of leftists (who claim to oppose big business) became so for the TTP.

We will no longer surrender this country, or its people, to the false song of globalism!

Normally, we disagree on things.  Not so on trade.
