The purpose of said council is to protect the world at large from the negative effects of nuclear weapons and the fall out that comes with the use of said weapons. Our stated purpose to provide a logical plan to eliminate all nuclear weapons within six months. This council is now in charge of any and all future nuclear weapons. Any nation that does not have nuclear weapons will not be subject to any sanctions, unless they violate any conditions contained within here or by majority amendment. 1) Accountability: All nations must declare any stockpile or capacity to produce nuclear weapons within five (5) days of this charter becoming effective. An accurate listing will be provided to any nation upon request 2) Security Council: The three nations who will serve as the ONWCSA Security Council will be the first three nations who produced nuclear weapons. The burden of eliminating these weapons will fall of the nations that created the issues that currently face the world. Composition: The Security Council shall consist of three members. The Nation of Fraggle Rock, United Valyrian Islands, and Kangaroo Ocean shall be permanent members of the Security Council. The General Assembly (By majority vote) shall elect seven other Members of the ONWSCA to be non-permanent members of the Security Council, without any veto voting measures. 3) General Membership: Every nation in Orbis is hereby granted a membership into the organization that can not be rejected at any time. Fortunately for the world, Fraggle Rock does not launch nuclear weapons anymore. We are trend setters. We created the atomic weapon. We created nuclear terror. We created a system to rip off alliances and piss off 75% of the world. We are now going to set a new trend of being peaceful and farm our lands. This trend will catch on and all nations will stop launching nukes because Fraggle Rock has started a trend and they seemed to have followed every other one we started.
