Allow nations within the same alliance to ''Gather Intelligence'' on each other with spies.

I think it should be allowed, I mean even in the RL allies spy on allies all the time, its a bit...wrong, but it happens more then people like to admit to.

It could be an option in the alliance settings similar too the current ones.

 

Also It should alliance controlled not player controlled. If you don't like the policy, don't join the alliance.
