First, the Small Council has decided to return to using the title Master of Whispers, in the place of High Septon, for the head of our Foreign Affairs. This decision comes as a result of the Small Council deciding to reactivate the 5th Small Council position. Formerly the title was Lord Seneschal, but it shall bear the title of High Septon. At this time we would like to congratulate Clover for ascending to the position of High Septon. Clover is highly active, and hardworking, during his tenure as Deputy Lord Commander, and we see no one better fit for this new government role. Clover’s duties will be to run the Alliance Creation and Development Center (ACDC). The Alliance Creation and Development Center is designed to help fledgling alliances get a foothold in Orbis. We provide them with guides, as well as help them set up official IRC channels and forums, and much more. If you’re interested in applying, please visit our forums for more information!
