Peacity Peace
Picture: Wall Street Costs 300,000,000$ Increases commerce cap by 12% (applies after International Trade Center) Whenever you buy anything from the open market(to a non-ally), the price is reduced by 10$. (example, A sells B 1 steel for 2000$, A receives 2000$, B ends up spending 1990$) (reduces 10$ per unit) (made for the higher-end people) (If you buy this, only the first 25000 units(per day) from an individual does the 10$ discount apply, basically this stops someone from trading back and forth with a friend when most people are offline) Basically this is a project made for those super-rich guys with 20+ cities. It would let them merch, while also making super markets finally useful(127% commerce cap). Edited July 3, 2016 by Peacity Peace

Andrezj Kolarov
I disagree with this because it assumes the player's nation is capitalist. What about non-capitalist nations? They would be penalized for not having this project. I support politically neutral project names. 2 Quote People's Republic of Velika: National Information

(example, A sells B 1 steel for 2000$, A receives 2000$, B ends up spending 1990$) (reduces 10$ per unit) This could easily be abused to give infinite money. Also, project should be politically neutral, so non-capitalist nations can build it while staying in character.
Andrezj Kolarov
Naming it Chamber of Commerce or Central Bank would be fine imo. Donald Trump
you can just trade back and forth with people and generate infinite money this is a stupid idea
Peacity Peace
you can just trade back and forth with people and generate infinite money this is a stupid idea Only 25000 resources per person does it apply. So if you wanted to exploit it you'd have to get 100 friends to sell stuff to you back and forth just to get 25m. Per day. Very stupid? Yes. Extremely stupid? No.

So if you wanted to exploit it you'd have to get 100 friends to sell stuff to you back and forth just to get 25m. Per day. Very stupid? Yes. Extremely stupid? No. sell 1,000,000 food for 10 per unit so 10,000,000 to player that is turned into 0 for buyer. so person on other end gets 10M per time it's done intelligent player is savvy. so intelligent player builds a script for both people as he knows it'll get job done faster script results in thing being traded back and forth every 10 seconds. making 60 million in a minute. capcha proves a problem. but the player can solve that when it pops up. so 10 mins pass and player now has 600 million. 1 hour and 3.6 billion... broken! but it gets even worse after making 600 million. player discovers market rate is $100 per food. he throws 600 million into the market, inflating the game and gaining him an extra 6 million food. which is 7 million food in total. which means he makes 70M per bob. so 420M a minute. 4.2B 10 mins...25.2B an hour... soon these nations buy massive amounts of resources off market. with more money meaning more resources to buy...faster and faster. the excess cash into the market means nations grow massively overnight as well. making more resources into it speeding things up so you end with exponential growth killing the game this idea isn't just stupid. it's utterly retarded Edited July 3, 2016 by Muhammad

Assuming you have 100 friends sellling 25k resources everyday, it would take you 12 days to pay itself off, a total of at least 3000 trades. Different restrictions could be applied to make it less unbalanced. Once again, very retarded, but it's not utterly retarded. It should be uniform, so really Federal Reserve would be more reasonable.
