You could easily get offers from each side of the war and face a hard decission as you are now either pitted against both factions or simply have no choice, but to select a side that is opposite of the most offers you are receiving. I highly doubt many alliances would get involved, but there are some that I am quite sure wouldn't mind doing some wheeling and dealing under the table just to get at someone. Giving away such a large amount of your warchest during a war is a bad idea, it would make more sense to say "Help us now, and we'll pay you after we win". TEst has the right to attack us this war for any amount including $0. Personally, I wouldn't do it for less than the cost of 5-10 nukes a day x the number of days they have the contract for. And, if anyone wants them to destroy $500,000 of our infra each day, not sure I see the point in that, but heck....whatever floats your griever's boat.
