That is by his choice, for having his IRC nick permanently set to that. Negotiation with "Placentica" is entirely impossible as he does not use that nick on IRC. Therefore, "Steve" is relevant in PW. Whether or not that's grounds for an equally blatant OOC DoW is up for debate, but I don't really care either way. If tensions are that high, it's bound to happen with or without a legitimate IC CB. Steve is not my name, it is an OOC reference and saying I'm Steve is making an OOC logistics statement, not an IC-one. I know you are trying to spin thinks as per usual. But Steve is not my name. And much like, "well Steve and Placentica have the same IP so they must be the same IC." is also a logical fallacy. We have OOC limitations such as one nick on IRC.
