Within the Factbook, nations should possess an option to describe the symbolism that exists within the flag for the purposes of enhancing the creativity within the game. Usually, the majority of the nations within Orbis may possess a flag that is identical to another nation's flag. Thus, a creative description of the symbolism within the flag shall provide each and every nation with a different connotative attachment to the flag. One nation may perceive the red colour within the flag of France to represent "Blood" while the second nation may perceive the colour to be a representation of the "heat", "Sun", or "Fire" within a nation.

 For example:

Representation of the Flag:

"The Black background symbolizes the "Death of Imperialism" while the white symbol of "Death" represents the "purity" of the natural causes within life, death."

It often depends on the simplicity of the flag in order to determine the length of the description considering that certain flags are "simple" while other flags are "detailed".

That's what the "history" section is for.

The history of a nation may involve previous wars, the formation of the government, the purpose for producing the policies of a nation, and numerous other events. Thus, it would be recommended if individuals were to possess the ability to form a detailed description regarding the representation of their flag due to the limited amount of space that exists within the "history" section of the Factbook.
