(NYSE:SCC) has been engaged in a protracted legal and business conflict with Alpha (NYSE:ALH) over the past few weeks due in large part to actions of their principal investor, Placentica. These actions are well documented, and bear little need for repeating in this memo. Ultimately, it is our mounting concern that this principal figure may not be acting with the best interests of his shareholders at heart. The Syndicate is willing to concede that most of the members employed with Alpha remain out of loyalty and relentlessness, something we, fighters ourselves, recognize and appreciate. Should they wish to take up the task of their own representation, however, we would be willing to officially accept individual peace from any member currently employed under the Alpha affiliation. Peace shall be offered on these conditions: They will, with immediate effect, leave Alpha and not return until the official cessation of alliance hostilities. They will not aid Alpha directly in any way, shape, or form, until the official cessation of alliance hostilities. Peace will happen in the form of truce, and no further wars will be declared on said nations. Alpha associates who wish to accept this offer should send a personal message in-game to Valakias, tS Acting Director of Marketing, or post here in this thread. Due to scandal reports involving a Syndicate official and important Alpha corporation representatives during a philantropist venture in Mumbai, board members Placentica, James, and Hope Solo are excluded from this offer until they can clarify extensively on the matter. Aren't they inherently violating this term by paying alliance taxes, or is that considered an ''indirect'' form of aid and isn't considered? We're all fed up of hitting them too, but Steve refuses to be reasonable and accept the peace deal we offered. You're out of the loop. Short answer: We're hitting them because peace talks have stalled. Alpha's representative left the channel we were having them in, and hasn't reached out since. There was nothing left to prove since the third day of the first round, except for our 6-9 city nations getting combat practice against 15-18 city shit tier nations lmao White peace has been on the table since round 2, but you can ask your allies why it didn't happen.
