Describe your Nation IC'ly: **NOT IN LINE WITH IN-GAME TIMES OR EVENTS**

We started out as a Fort of France in modern day Michigan. After the French and Indian war we were taken in as a colony of England. Left with somewhat of a distaste for England we were ready for freedom. Then the eastern colonies along the coast declared freedom. We saw a chance and sent our former soldiers to help but it was over before it started, the colonies couldn't hold their own and our forces were all to small to carry on and we lost. England enraged by the traitors killed everyone who held part in the revolution. A year or so after that England, tired of fighting for France and Spain to pay for reparations, went to war with both. After a major blitzkrieg of France, Spain surrendered and both became a part of the British Empire. We waited 50 years of the same taxation without representation. Then one by one every colony including France and Spain declared independence. We declared ours on April 24, 1883. The war lasted nearly a year before we destroyed their fleet and ended the supply routes. The war ended on December 2, 1883. We decided from that day on to unite as a nation with others in the region expanding from Michigan to Louisiana east and into the islands modern day mexico to panama. Then we expanded west and met a nation called Rokenjima. We veiwed their technology as something to reach for. We then took our expansions east and captured London and made it New London, Freeing all British colonies. We took southern out western france and spain and then we took Italy and northern Africa. Our next quarrel was with Arabia and the Islamic state we went to war over Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan with our allies GSE and Narvan . This war implemented several new military weapons, such as project Zeus, a space weapon consisting of 50 Satellites each holding 100 reinforced steel rods the size of a football field. Once dropped it can create a blast as strong as a nuclear bomb without any of the fallout. We dropped our first on the capital of Arabia and ended the war. Once the war ended we released our lands except for Italy. We decided itbwas time to explore space and we did had ships with protective shields and hyperdrives. Eventually we turned to colonization of soace and created a machine that can make any planet habitable to us. As we expanded deeper into space we keft the earth more and more. Unfortunately Arabia wanted Italy so we brought forces back to fight and we built a near invincible wall made out of Steel type X382. Upon showing them that we stripped Italy of everything excluding metal for the landing bays we ended the war rebuilt Italy and stripped it of our technology released it and left our lands for orbis. At the same time we turned land over to the pope, helped him establish controll and also helped establish balance over the scandal of the other nations warring Rokenjima when they brought in Islands. After that we left orbis to explore and found an ally in space and also found enough resouces to supply a livable life to the world for more than 100 lifetimes. (OOC: for the sake of the rp) We then took Australia as a base for orbis and sent a small portion of our armies

Form of Government: Strong direct democracies in each region who elect a representative called a "Spoke" who participates in the overarching spoke council. Spokes are also elected from with various minority comunities. Spokes have very little power as each mostly just relays the wishes of the direct democracy they represent; they serve more as facilitators then decision makers. The council is overseen by and elected head Spoke called a Centrum.

Describe your Nation IC'ly: Mostly as above, but a ragtag confederation of anarchist collectives with a high degree of autonomy. Each Collective conducts their own relations, but will put other collectives above foreign interests.

Would it be possible to not annex any neutral provinces one month, then annex 4 in the next month? I want to organize internal provinces, and it would make more sense from a roleplay perspective.

Accepted & Added. I counted 37 provinces for the remainder of Australia, so I appropriated all of New Zealand and a couple of islands to you as well.

I'm going to have to elaborate on this quite a bit.

 

Sheepy doesn't have the time himself to continuously check up on the roleplaying forums to keep everything in check and make sure everyone is following the rules. (He's already got to work on the game proper, as well as check all the rest of the forums. Dealing with RP-specific issues as well would be getting quite much.) As such, I've been appointed as the leader of this subforum, to nudge people who are interested in roleplaying out their nations towards a slightly more organized, in-depth way.

 

So whilst a new subforum could be created eventually if enough people are interested in that, there's going to be changes. These rules that I have laid out aren't affecting 'free form roleplay' - They are measures to prevent people from breaking immersion and negatively affecting roleplay. 

 

We're all here to hopefully have fun, and I'll do my best to help everyone out as best I can in setting up a wonderful roleplaying community.

Alright, then. That's be.. ~37-38 provinces, so that'd be the majority of the East Coast provinces you have. Any few select provinces you'd like to keep? (Since your West Coast claim is 7 provinces, that'd leave you with about 5 East Coast provinces that wouldn't go towards Japan.)

Describe your Nation IC'ly: Rothlo is two glorious islands ruled by me, Robert IV. We are the heart and capital of the Mediterranean sea. We are known for being a powerhouse of global trade.

 

Describe yourself in OOC terms: Rothlo consists of two islands in the Mediterranean. Trade is one of it's biggest economy's, however the leader Robert IV likes to think the nation is bigger, richer, and more powerful than it actually is. The nation believes in world peace.
