I don't believe in capital punishment (specifically the death penalty) because, well first of all, no matter how many people are in death row, it's still going to be a long and expensive process. People, even criminals, can change too, and what if the man we're going to kill has changed since he went to death row? Also, what if the man on death row is actually innocent?
