This agreement can be withdrawn from 72 hours after notifying all parties. The agreement also requires both parties agreeance before an amendment can occur. The treaty has multiple articles all which must be obeyed to the fullest extent, so long as the treaty is active. Article 2: In the event of either party receiving an unprovoked Declaration of War, the other party must do all possible in the defence of the victim party. Furthermore both parties reserve the right equally to engage or not engage in any aggressive conflicts for any reason. Article 3: ToG reserves the right to cancel the treaty instantaneously following the results of an election, as per the MDMA charter. MDMA reserve the right to cancel the treaty instantaneously in the event that the ToG Lord Commander is changed. Article 4: MDMA and ToG jointly recognise the difference in average experience between members in the two parties, namely ToG having a much older member base. For this reason ToG reserve the right to delegate any ToG member to assist MDMA in its governance. MDMA maintain the ability to have influence over the nominated delegate, however the final decision rests with ToG governance. This delegate has the right to any MDMA internal information as well as receiving a bi-weekly report from the MDMA government. This information is privileged and confidential and therefore will be treated as such by ToG leadership.
