ARTICLE I- Non-Aggression The signatory alliances agree to maintain peace between each other and their direct allies. ARTICLE II- Intelligence The signatory alliances agree to pass along vital intelligence to one another in a timely manner. ARTICLE III- Aid The signatory alliances agree that aid may be given freely between the alliances in the form of diplomacy, financial, or administratively, but they are not mandated to do so. ARTICLE IV- Defense The signatory alliances agree that one signatory can come to the aid of the other militarily, but it is not required to do so. ARTICLE V- Upgrade The signatory alliances agree that this treaty may be upgraded at any time after a passing vote by both governments.
