VE declares war on an alliance 1/2 their size along with a bunch of other alliances to help out. Fails to do any noteworthy damage and in fact seems to be taking more damage than their target. Then declares on #28 ranked alliance less than 1/5 their size. Still feels the need to bring in a tiny former protectorate to help out, which manages to pull off a decent blitz with 15 wars declared, meanwhile VE declares war but can't be bothered to launch a single offensive war.
