I wish to introduce our Council and our nation. We are excited to embark upon a new chapter in our nation's history, one of diplomacy, trading, and warfare. Our nation lies upon the beautiful Fiji Islands, some say our water is the cleanest and clearest and best tasting in the world. We export it, at high price. Some say that in a past life Avenica already lived and ruled on Orbis, as a certain leader named Athanasios, in charge of a certain Jamaican nation called "The Republic." Officially, Elder Avenica has no comment upon these speculations. Our gods are old, wise, and strong, and they lead our Council who in turn leads our nations. Let us raise a glass to the gods, old and new, to battles, that have been fought and will be fought, and to those who stand beside us, in victory and in defeat. Below are a few more links to help you navigate your way around the forums easier until you're a little more comfortable with them: The "Player Support Center" category is there to provide exactly what is says, "Player Support", by providing you a place to ask questions to your fellow players and staff in the Game Discussions forum or to read over some player-made and staff-provided tutorials & guides in the Tutorials & Knowledge forum. If you have any suggestions on ways to improve the game or the community as a whole we'll be glad to hear your suggestion over in the Game Suggestions area. Now, don't get this confused with the Tech Support forum. If you're ever having any technical problems within the game, maybe you've ran across a bug or even having technical issues here on the forums the Tech Support forum is the place to go for that. The "Politics and War" category are usually "In-Character" (or IC) player made posts such as Political Discussions, Alliance Announcements, Nation Role-playing, and buy/sell offers in the Trade Market forum. These forums are where most of the "politics" half of this game come in at and are by far some of the most interesting reads once you've gotten yourself acquainted with how things work around here. The "Social Hub" and the "Game Hub" are where you're going to find all of the "Out-Of-Character" (or OOC) discussions. We want our community to be strong inside and outside of our game here so we've also provided forums for all types of non-P&W related discussions. There are Debate Forums, Roleplay Forums, Spam, and in the Game Hub you can find a subforum for just about every hot game out there.If you have any questions, concerns or need any help please feel free to PM a member of the staff which you can find a list of all staff members here. Elder Avenica envisions a sort of "déjà vu" from reading these replies, but she does not believe it is anything to be concerned over. Dreams are often from the gods, but are often just dreams. Elder Avenica has received several invitations to many different alliances, and is taking them all into due consideration with the Council of Elders. We look forward to joining our nation alongside other great nations very soon. For now, The Free Cities are enjoying a season of protection granted to them by the unnamed sheep god.
