Instead we focus on world domination. We will solve all of our issues by ourselves without taking up arms.Article II: Intelligence sharingIn case one of the two signatories come across information what could prove vital to the other, they have moral obligation to share the information.Article III: Optional defenceIn case of a third party aggression on one signatory, the other alliance is expected to assist in defence, however it is not complusoryArticle IV: Optional aggressionWhen one alliance decides to fight an aggressive war, the other alliance may join the aggression, although not compelled to act by this treaty.Article V: CancellationIf one alliance wants to cancel this treaty, they should notify the other alliance and the orbis community at least 120 hours prior to cancellation. Recently, I sent a message to Sheepy, he said MDMA is under observation and they did discuss the issue. So, I'm not taking speculations/guesses seriously.
