A message was sent to Antarctica from the Falkland base- “we are doing everything we can to stop the fleet” what the Dragons didn’t know, and what terrified the alliance, was a bomb. The bomb, code named Keizerreich, was one of two prototype thermo nuclear weapons developed by Brazil. The weapon is 25 megatons, and could vaporize any life on a 10 mile area. The bomb was a force to be reckoned with, and was therefore kept on the battleship LPS Chile, which was part of the small fleet. The captain of the LPS Luckie decided to send a scout team to shore and to set up a makeshift base. The Dragon Alliance desperately tried to contact the fleet, but all messages were ignored. another message was then sent tho the Dragons- “do NOT shoot at the small battleship in the fleet, you will probably regret it.” they also stated why they where in defcon 3. It wasn’t because of Fama, but because of the fleet.

A message was sent to the fleet from the station, “DO NOT GO TOWARDS THE DOCKS, ARE YOU CRAZY!?” then a message was sent to Antarctica. ”please ignore the advancing fleet, we are dealing with the situation, sorry.”

A message was sent from the Falkland military facility. ”we are sorry for the inconvenience. Our leaders are paranoid, we are not at war.” then, a message was sent from the lps luckie. ”Dragons of the South, your nation has been quarantined on behalf of the human race. Surrender your fleet now.” the luckie had no idea that the station had sent a message, so the captain thought it was the best course of action. The station then sent a message to command for next actions. The luckie sent a message to rest of the fleet to advance inland, without instruction. This would ether be nothing, or war.

I think that it would be like a revolution, or just nations going together. It would be like some states don’t like there current nation and just leave.

The radio chatter was “prof” to the Dragon Alliance that the dragons of Antarctica where dangerous, and had to be contained at all costs. In wake of this diplomatic nightmare between to superpowers, the alliance decided to mobilize a small navy force to spy on the Dragons and there guests. An accidental run in with the mog(Corp) main fleet was nerve racking, but the small fleet didn’t leave. The fleet stayed only 1 kL from the coast of Antarctica, knowing that a fight might brake out. The LPS luckie watched for signals of any sort, while its main guns pointed towards the alien harbor. On the ship, 17 year old Fama Ming looked at the small fleet in disgust. His father was the constitutional emperor of the Xibei San ma, a position he would one day be in. He was pro dragon, he liked the fact that life outside earth existed. He never wanted this and asked his father many times to do something, but his father would always say “I am a figurehead, I have no power in this nation, you will one day understand.” He hated democracy, and wanted a government where the emperor made decisions and had power. The only reason he came was to try and make peace with the Dragons, but the captain had locked him in the brig. He wanted to get out, so he got on a small radio in his room and sent a message out- “Fleet on the coast of Antarctica, prepare for a fight. I’m the son of on of the leaders, willing to make peace.” the radio men on the bridge heard the message first, and told the captain. Fama would be court marshaled when they got back to Argentina, till then he would stay in the brig. The fleet got into battle formation, aiming all guns at the coast, yet not firing. They would only shoot if the Dragons became hostile. A message was sent out to all available ships in the area to head 3 kL from the Antarctic coast and stop any ship, or mer folk from leaving that area. Antarctica was on quarantine. And the Dragon Alliance was on death-con 3.

Good idea, change as much as you like, but at least keep some of the nations

In the early hours of the day, representatives from the Xibei San ma, great la plata, Republic of Brazil, Asian kingdom, Dutch Kingdom, and Angola all came together to form the Dragon Alliance. The alliance was made to keep Dragonisia in check and stop any further expansion from them. The central powers, which contains greater Ottoma, Hungary, and Osterreich, have all stated interest in this new alliance, and have even given supply’s to the alliance. Nations such as Mozambique, French exile, and Australia have all stated that an anti-Dragonisia alliance was a terrible idea, and have all stated that a pro-Dragonisia alliance would be more effective. A Falkland island military/listening base will be built to detect troop movements, while the patrols will be regularly conducted in the Arctic Ocean to scout out navy movements. The D.A have stated that “the alliance will protect humanity at all costs, through peaceful means, or through war.”, though, the likelihood of a war is slim.

So, after everybody left the rp, I thought about what the rest of the world looks like, so I made 6 maps of all the continents and what I thought the nations on them would look like. (P.s, the nations are rp friendly due to the fact that the players are Empires that can just annex smaller nations, or for me (cause I’m technically not a Empire), tribes. Places like hammonasset border big nations, but not so powerful nations) if you think something is off, please let me know so I can change it, but this is just what I think the world would look like. The Xibei San ma has provided info on the tribes below, so that any nation can assess them property. Xyine tribe: one of the most powerful tribes in the area. This tribe is the brunt of manpower for the nation. Xibei tribe: the home of the capital city, and hoses 90% of the industry of the nation. Vietneme tribe: houses all the coal mines for the nation, wishes to one day take back Vietnam. Laos tribe: hoses all the petroleum for the nation, leans very far left. Tibetan tribe: hates the west Tibetan tribe, doesn’t hate the shogunate. Sinxang tribe: wants to create a far left China one day. Mongol tribe: the weakest tribe, but the most educated tribe. Western Tibetan tribe: hates the Tibetan tribe, doesn’t hate the shogunate. South Chinese tribe: Very democratic, doesn’t trust Mog(Corp). Kasik tribe: wishes to one day to re-create Russia. Tana Tuvin tribe: wants to annex all of Mongolia and re-create the Mongol Empire. these summaries where created by the Xibei national council. (P.s, all news on the anomalies will be stated tomorrow.)

The Congress will except your proposition

The Congress has sent messages to all major nations of the world to discuss this matter, so If the anomalies where dangerous, a war plan could be made. While the this was happening, war plan silver was being finalized. War plan silver was a plan for defending against a shogunate invasion. Right before finalization, the plan was put on hold as the new war plan gold started being created, as war plan gold was a plan for defending against the anomalies.

After reports of unusual activity near the South Pole, the Xibei science council decided that a scan of the upper atmosphere was needed. Using tech bought from mog(Corp), the the scan was green lighted, and the results were startling. Soon after, a special Congress was started to determine what to make of the information. Information on the matter would become top secret, until a means of communication was made with the anomalies entity’s was established. The military was put in high alert, and messages were sent to the other members of Chinese United front. The message stated that an electromagnet pula was sent from the South Pole as well as a unknown message in a unknown language. Congress concluded that any technology the anomalies May had would greatly help in developing the nation, so an alliance with the anomalies would be most needed. Messages were also sent to Mog(Corp), Canada, and Britannia about the unknown anomalies in the Arctic, in the meantime, messages where being sent via balloons in hope of reaching the anomalies. The hope is that the anomalies are peaceful and won’t harm humanity, till then, the Xibei San ma will be on high alert 24/7 until contact is made.

As I learned, you will need to creat actual map, wether it be a photo of a physical copy, or made in a computer or phone, but this is just a suggestion, due to the mods asking me the same thing. I also had to make an actual topic post the day I joined, so you should start making a map, or make a new topic about the creation of your nation. (That’s what I did) if you want to post a map, you should do it here. but idk, I’m not an admin Also, (RP) the nation of the Xibei San ma would happily align with you new nation, if you wish to except.

The third Congress of China has concluded that the local powers of the region do not recognize the sovereignty of the Xibei San ma, and therefore expeditions to regional powers must be made to seek out trade deals. Congress also stated that troops must be stationed along the shogunate border to protect the nation against shogunate expansion. In other news, the first military factory was completed before schedule, which allows the first motorized trucks to be finished tomorrow at noon. This also allows the military to upgrade supplies that much easier. last night at 1:54 AM, a border conflict occurred between the 1st Xibei cavalry division and a group of 150 pro-Japanese. In the fight, the 1st has 16 casualties, while the pro Japanese had 63 casualties, while the remaining group was captured. After questioning, the group stated that they wanted Xibei San ma to be annexed by the shogunate, yet they stated that had no relation with with the shogunate, and just admired their strength. This border conflict was one of the factors to the militarization of the Xibei-shogunate border. This interaction has also soured any positive diplomatic status the nation could have had with the shogunate, and resulted in a objective of befriending colonial powers in the region. Congress hopes to gain recognition from the national community, and to gain trade deals with colonial powers in the area as soon as possible.

This morning, the second Chinese Congress made multiple trade plans to insure the nation has natural resources for its upcoming industrial plan. There first plan was to ask Canada for wood traded for oil and coal. the distance between the two countries would make transport impossible at the moment, but that would be worked on if Canada excepts. the second idea was to ask mog(Corp) for iron and steel, to keep the motorized trucks building schedule consistent. If they where to except, then they would receive mining access to the northern coal & oil mines. The third, and most popular plan, was to ask Britannia for wood. In return, Britannia would get access to the petroleum mines in the south of the nation. Congress also stated that it will not trade any materials to or from japan, due to the Sino-Japanese war in 1937. Any company caught trading to Japan will be disbanded immediately. the plans have been sent to there respective nations. As Congress waits for a response, an industrial plan will be worked on. The 2nd Chinese Congress will conclude at 1:00 pm today, but may be extended If a nation responds to a plan.

2 weeks ago, the empire of xibei San ma was formed in central China. 7 tribes unified to protect themselves from annexation by the empires of the region, and to one day reclaim the land that China once held. Yesterday, the first Congress of China was held to establish a militia, and national guard. The main pointers of the Congress are listed below. . A mandatory service of 2 years in the militia/National guard for all adults after 18 was implemented. . the 19 cavalry divisions already in the militia will start proper training tomorrow at noon. . the first motorized trucks will be built by July 20th. after the initial laws were implemented, the Congress then green lighted the creation of the 2nd Chinese United front. The C.U.F will be military protection force between the Xibei San ma and 4 other tribes in the area. The goal of the C.U.F is to protect China from outside influence and Japanese expansion into China. Due to a large military threat to the south, the Xibei San ma will be upgrading its military to protect its natural soil. Congress has also stated plans to negotiate with nearby colonial powers for natural resources for oil and coal. All in all, the Xibei San ma will rise as a great Empire in Asia, and will definitely be a major player in national affairs in the near future.
