Only specially made masks around N95s actually prevent up to 95% of transmission. Casual surgeon & fabric masks are still to loosely woven prevent Covid 19 as effective as way tighter ones I just mentioned. Facts not fear my farest from friend.

You have a fundamental misunderstanding of the purpose of masks. The virus isn't able to spread through the air alone, it needs to hitch a wide on water droplets that people cast off when they breathe, talk or cough. Masks break up the airflow out of a person, which, if proper social distancing is being followed, limits the ability of droplets to travel before they fall to the ground harmlessly.
Also, the article you shared had a correction pointing out a fault in the original study and now supports the opposite conclusion.

We are not victims for sharing our stories, but survivors setting the world afire w/ our truths. We will never know who all needs our light as well as our warmth. Will will never know who needs shelter of our relentless courage & turbulent bravery. Vulnerability appears like truth & perceives as courage. Courage & truth are not always cozy but never let them be weakness. On the other hand, if we never get the cold darkness then we will never value warm brightness. Make all coals of darkness a jewel of wisdom. Find ways to have all curses shown as a blessings. Light may seem to travel faster than most but darkness always sitting there to meet it. Find a field between the two & you shall thrive.
