I don't know the exact way it was weighted so you'll have to wait until one of them replies. I think particularily @Adrienne was in charge of the spreadsheet.

I don't think you understand... No one will care about your conclusions... As I've stated, your ramblings have ensured that you are irrelevant when it comes to discussions in this war, and further in this forum and game politics for the time being. My suggestion was literal. Step back, evaluate and come back when you have a position of influence. If you want to be taken seriously and be relevant you have to earn it.

One thing I can say for sure is that someone in your position. Not a Gov member of any of the alliances in the war, will not be the one to achieve any sort of agreement. All you do by rambling on like you do is ensure that you have no influence. I'd suggest taking a step back, evaluating your position and work to get yourself to a position where you can have influence (if this is what you desire) before you try to demand it, by rambling in every forum post.
