This does raise an interesting question, how might major alliances be persuaded to explore new styles of leadership that allow for more player engagement? Even if we are suddenly in full agreement with Robert's sentiments, alliances still need to be incentivised to take action. And to be frank, I'm not certain if "other players have fun" is a strong enough incentive when considered in isolation.

What were you doing (or trying to do): I was waiting for my daily update and military reset to occur. My nation is set to the UTC +8 time zone. What happened (describe thoroughly please): The update did not occur at 12am local time on 3 July. It also did not occur at 8am on 3 July, which is when UTC +0 nations receive their update/resets. At 12am on 3 July, I received a notification claiming my military resets have taken effect, but this was evidently false. Update: As of this post being made, about 20 hours have passed since the daily update was supposed to occur. Well as long as noone blows up the P&W servers, there is no problem with naming. just because you are offended doesn't mean that you get the right to stop others from doing stuff which are otherwise harmless. Show me a credible image of Ibrahim casually enforcing Sharia in Mosul, then we can talk about banning him. But since he is behaving just like any other normal citizen of the world, you should just shut up for abit and keep your Islamophobia to yourself.
