Evidence would appear to contradict this

Best of luck and thanks for sticking around instead of rage quitting. Look forward to fighting with or against you some time in the future

[DoB] A declaration from Green Protection Agency
Tankobite replied to Leonard J Crabs's topic in Alliance Affairs

Right, but the defense Tiberius and other NPO lickspittles are coming up with is there's no actual proof the scantilations were ever actually provided, because once Alex asked about it, the channels disappeared, documents deleted, and his access to the GPWC discord area was restricted. They're just desperately trying to appeal to a legal standard of proof in a situation where it isn't applicable.
-
That's probably why Tiberius is so hard on screaming about "NO PROOF," now that they deleted what they could.

Imagine having to use knock off manga to lure in people to keep your war effort going with the literal bare minimum of effort to “play” the game.
-
It's unclear if it really happened. But it looks to me by the document Alex posted that even if it was how they encouraged people to join, the issue was more about how they were only kept playing by denying them access to the manhwa, so that they'd provide resources. "This is against the rules because it violates the Real-World Transactions for In-Game Materials rule (trading of in-game money and resources for out-of-game materials: access to illegal “scanlations” of “Who Made Me a Princess”) as well as the Fairness in Trading and Banking rule (using trading or alliance banks to funnel money/resources from one nation to another where one nation has no intention to continue playing the game.)" Rather than the way people were incentive to join initially. But that nuance seems lost on NPO
-
The raffle referred to is apparently a lie the NPO told @Alex to explain where the GPWC came from, without divulging the log in for manhwa trade they had occurring.
-
So your defense is that you lied to him and misled him? The prosecution rests.
-
No, that's not what he said at all. But keep trying out those crocodile tears and whataboutism. That's not the issue here and I think you know it. You brought people over, not to play a game, but log in so you could benefit with a out of game quid-pro-quo. You both violated the spirit of the law and the letter of it. And no one besides the people who have directly benefited from your scam are buying it.
-
The rule maker would beg to differ. Please continue crying us your river though.
-
Amazing how you couldn't win the war without cheating and bribing people with knock off anime.

What about the hundreds of nations affected by months of farmed resources by players who had no incentive to do anything but log in once every couple of weeks?
