  1. What? I am for your proposed change besides for the last paragraph which is me busting your balls. Also nice to see Anarchy is taking up the slack for making super annoying posts. Some of the old super annoying people have really fallen off.
  2. Damn so if i am reading that correctly for 60 days as a brand new nation, if all you did was log in every day you would make 468 million dollars? you can get to c15 and have 40 million left over just from sign in bonus. That is fine by me, the toughest thing to get over in this game is how slow it is, so if you can get people to keep logging in over longer periods of time the better it is for the health of the game. just out of curiosity did you guys do the math on what a C12-C15 nation makes? because after that 60 days is over that income drop is probably going to hurt, or is that why you have the credit thing so you can get em hooked on that sweet sweet income, and then make em pay to feel that high again? Diabolical boys.
  3. If you haven't logged in for over 3 months, are you really still playing the game? you know the amount of time that is 5 times greater than the amount of time you have put into the game. (This is coming from someone who has been playing since day 1 of the game aka almost 9 years.)
  4. If I were carthago, I would be dropping allies in pretty short order. Why have them if they refuse to defend you when attacked.
  5. So it sounds like you need to go call your allies to defend you, rather than declare neutrality.
  6. if you do that remember you now have 10 free improvement slots to make something else, so you go from having nations making max food to now making max food and maxing out 2 additional resources. For a nation like mine that means yes half the food output, but i am now making over 4k a day of 2 other resources. So you are just pushing the issue somewhere else.
  7. The resource increase for cities in my view is a pretty small change/expenditure. I know its been a few years, but i believe when you hit c30 or so, you are picking up around 1 city a month? by 40 its 1 city every two months. I guess its better than nothing, but its seems like it would be a drop in the bucket. Do you guys have numbers from before the last war on how many cities were purchased between 20-55 over the course of a month or so, and how many resources would have been spent? I do wonder why you didn't touch war expenditures as they are generally where you spend all those lovely refined resources. One would think that would be the easiest place to make adjustments without making large changes to how the economy works.
  8. I would think you would love all these things, as it lets you steal more money from your members. Why anyone would ever join an alliance you run...
  9. If I was the person dumb enough to waste money putting a bounty on somebody, I would hate to see this change, as it means less possible damage done to the person I want hit.
  10. So instead you want to make a whale project that just makes us even harder to kill? This is obviously what it is, as only whales could afford it. It already takes 2-3 months of peace to pick up a new city, losing 5% income adds maybe a week at most to that timer, I would pick that up in a heartbeat.
  11. if you are trying to sell at market prices, why not just sell it on the market?
  12. I questions is cash inflation a thing? With the rising costs of infra/land/cities, it should keep cash under control unless a large section of the player base decides to stop growing their nations. Resource inflation is a thing because things that use resources are static, they dont get cheaper or more expensive, things that use resources cost what they cost for a brand new nation, and for a 3000 day old nation.
  13. yeah a c35 could hit a c24, that doesnt seem like a terrible downdeclare, since during wars i got guys that can drop from c50 to hit dudes in the mid 20s. but like i said, i dont even think i like this idea, its just one i tossed out there.
  14. Coming in hot with what will probably be another unpopular suggestion. To be honest I dont think I like this suggestion either, but might as well toss it out there incase it hasnt been discussed before. People are always complaining about being able to down declare on people with half their cities. One way to possibly balance the scale here, is instead of using city score, you use city count, so you can hit anyone 33% below your city count and anyone 33% above your city count and that is your war range. And maybe we set a blanket ±5 city range for the little guys.
  15. Can we make the military kill project that gives a free city good for up to city 48? 4+ bills for my next city is expensive! unless this is going to take another 2-3 months to come out, then I recommend that we make it good up to city 49.
  16. Holy shit that was some pretty impressive reaching in the OP. I was just there last Weds, ate some Regina Pizzeria (solid pizza, Bostonian's overrate it tho, like they do with their sports teams! BOOM ROASTED!) If they want to rename it after Crispus Attucks, then go for it.
  17. It seems like it may be time to take a look at the cost of things again, with people constantly getting larger and being able to produce more and more, we are seeing a consistant decrease in cost for just about all the manufactured goods. I know a few years ago, we decreased the costs because, i agreed at the time they were too expensive for where we were at in the game. I think it may be time again to take a look and see if an adjustment the other way is warranted.
  18. They are already in a dogpile, if anything this evens up the numbers a little bit more...
  19. I am pushing to have Grumpy hit that 10 man that declared war on KT yesterday. TREATY ACTIVATE!!!
  20. Yeah we waited till you were worthwhile, Test was what? 1200 days old before we attacked.
  21. Grumpy says you are welcome for not attacking you for years to let you and Test actually grow into something worthwhile.
  22. Oh gees, Firwolf is defending you now, this is when you need to step back and take a cold hard look in the mirror.
  23. Former friends make the best enemies. I'm looking at you Guardian.
  24. I remember a time when my little alliance was getting dog piled, and I specifically reached out to you my ally for help and was only met with silence (it was bad enough that I even had to ask in the first place). So in my opinion your respect has very little weight in my eyes.
