While officially ruled by a Premier that serves as both head of state and government, practically the country is ruled by a 15 person committee. The PRZ is a "democratic" country, however most minority parties find themselves in popular fronts with the Workers Party of Zhongnanhai. Hey P&W, Just my introduction, from the People's Republic of Zhongnanhai. The PRZ goes back to around 2006 in Nationstates and Cybernations, retired and attempted to rejoin CN a few years ago but was a little disappointed. Anyways, here we are!
