I know Dusty's actions must make him a EMC hero in your guy's eyes, but what he did was fricked up(As was what you and your alliance has done). He offered help, lied, couped them and then(Perhaps it was this partner) destroyed them.. Being naive doesn't mean they deserve that...They where doing their best to try and save their alliance, and trusted the wrong person. Any sane halfway decent human would recognize that what happened was fricked up.. How do you guys not...? Are bad things only bad if they happen to you or your side? I think there is a word for people who think like you Are you guys trying to continue to spread that BS? I had hoped we where past that, but with people like you guys, go figure hahah A lot has changed while I was out, it's been bizarre(And sad =/) seeing what a post IC TKR is like, how the treaty web has changed so drastically, and how much worse the OWF has gotten. People nowadays seem to just toss away truth and believe/support anything, no matter how bullshit it is in reality...if supports their narrative. While it has always been a thing, it's now dominant to the point where exceptions are almost unseen. It feels like the decent members of this game have all either gone silent or left, to the point where it seems the community at large sees nothing wrong with a small alliance being lied to, tricked and destroyed... We have not done anything you have accused us of... We never couped a micro, used them as meet shields(Or even put pressure one one to enter a war), or have given them false hope(Whether they meet their goals is largely an unknown, though we do our best to help them get there). Making a habit of BSing like you to so you can shit talk(Does it make you feel strong or something?) is poor form, and just bad for the game. I think making an appeal to morality on the PnW OWF would be a waste of my time, but perhaps some of you can be reasoned with. While shit talking and enjoying the misfortunes of weak alliances/people who have done little to deserve it may feel good to a lot of people here, you are creating(Have created really) a shit post truth world in this game where all there is the most stupid of shit talk. It creates a toxic environment that ruins the game in many ways. Politics with people who are so warped that they cant understand anything that isn't in their favor isn't fun, conversing with a community that shit talks so much for the stupidest reasons isn't fun, dealing with people who have no principal or self awareness is not fun. I think if we continue this way, the game will go the way of CN and die. I have seen many talented, competent, morally straight people turned off to this game because of this crap. I'm sure a lot of the people here enjoy hearing that, I just hope it isn't a majority Do better.

Typhon is a well run alliance, high taxes are often a benefit to everyone inside, especially if they are saving up cash for a post war rebuild. It's really quite normal, nearly all alliances go through high tax periods. The few that dont get ruined in a war

Most people will think whatever they want to think really, but to claim that this makes us look like we cannot fight alliances in our score range is a conclusion only a biased mind can reach. What it shows is that we can take down some micros easy(Woopty fricking do), but says nothing about our ability to fight larger alliances. I do however think one takeaway for us is that we have developed the spreadsheet technology(Credit to Batavia and tcase) and have an active member base that will give one hell of a blitz though, but sense we didn't get to use it in a meaningful way, we really will have to wait until next war to put ourselves to the test I fear =/

The events I refer to happened during my leaving and or after I left, you know this XD . TKR lying about their commitment to "Dynamism" was going on while I was there though, but High princes where not informed of it and I believed them, I didn't find out about the treaties until after I left

Oh hey Jan! I hope all is well with you, it's good to see you around again! It's a bit of an awkward situation where Pantheon was in the coalition sense the start, and when the math was done it made the most sense for us to counter some of the people who we thought would certainly join on TCW's side, and we had all of our guys ready to drop in on the time of the blitz and the following days. After it became unlikely that there would be those additions, we were to slowly start reinforcing other fronts, us hitting those prots only speed up grumpies attacks on us by 2 days or so. Grumpy certainly wrecked our shit up top, you guys have been performing well this war working in tandem with guardian, I personally dont fault you guys at all and think you are playing a very pragmatic/solid game. As for the morality of hitting prots, given their sides penchant for lopsided wars, using prots as combatants, and their dubious at best morality, I think in this situation it was morally straight. The discord drama and them constantly threatening our prots certainly played a role in how we did things as well

I think their talk for putting up a fight is just talk(It makes for a nice OWF post though, have to admit), they sold or suicided away most of their mill day 1 and then tried to scare our prots with their new 'low score strat' Forgive me if I am wrong in interpreting this as a jab at us, We didn't attack them to try and look good or try and look like we where doing a contribution XD I believe that's called a strawman argument, where you make up your opponents stance and then attack the stance that you made up to make to try and win an argument against them XD It's a solid tactic that works on a lot of people though embarrassingly enough, but it wont go far here As for NR, you are allied to people that seem to pride themselves in lopsided wars, if this is truly an issue for you and you find injustice in acts such as this, you may want to have some consistency and rethink who you associate with

In all seriousness though, there were looking to be more entries to this war on the other side and GF quickly volunteered to be on the first wave with us on fronts and arnt the cowards the slot filled TKR may make them seem to some, I think they are learning about OWF expectations and etiquette though.. But I would encourage everyone to cut them some slack, and for Godfury to learn a bit about OWF customs from this, it's not so cut and dry unfortunately

Last I saw, BK hasn't stolen any banks, put bank thieves in gov positions, protected bank thieves, had members uses banks stolen by exploits for personal banks, had members then talked shit about it, and Im pretty sure BK didn't lie to the game about wanting to make it more dynamic all the while holding secret treaties that would give your side incredible NS. *gasp* Whew that took a while to type ha Can you in good faith call someone else wicked with your alliance's and allies actions?
