  1. I don't think you understand what's going on, deleting is completely voluntary atm, people are allowed and even encouraged to stay and fight for a while, at least in the GoG.  Afaik we're not putting pressure on other alliances to disband.

Wish you the best, i really do. Hope you reconcider leaving, the game is going to change but everyone should embrase it

Sadly, most of our nations are either deleted already, will be deleted soon, or have moved to other alliances.  The spirt lives within the community, don't worry.

It was around two years ago when I joined BK. It was an “exciting” time for me on Orbis, I was in a large, active alliance. However things were quite hectic, I was thrown into it right after Ayyslamic Crusade, even with everything I fell in love with the community. The activity was high and there was a fun atmosphere.

However that all changed quite rapidly over a year, activity spiked low as real life caught up with people. Core members left, quit, or became essentially bots. It was a change that myself, DVD and others discussed in depth. There was very little communication with gov apart from Me, Leo and Curu, which further caused the remaining gov to essentially vanish. We approached Leo on a few of these concerns in order to fix the issues and always got something along the lines of “yea later” or he would implement some half assed attempt that would fail shortly. However I felt that there was still hope, as Econ I reformed the budgeting for IA to do games ect. I would throw random events to win prizes or cities. During these events I met players that I only knew as a name, I had attracted people.

Eventually even that failed, IA was not that active enough to support everything, and had been tied by their neck, not really given the freedom they needed to properly do their job. It was around this time that I noticed the issue may be worse than I anticipated. While not deadly in itself, it had the potential to kill the alliance if left alone. Discord would usually be the same 5-10 people. Things went like that for quite some time, which brings me to the current time / war

When the new global started I was pumped, war is BKs lifeblood, and it always revives the membership. Activity was high and spirits as well. I was dead set on winning, however as time passed and terms got more aggressive, reps went higher and higher. The goal had shifted from victory to annihilation. This wasn’t something I could reasonably support. And as such, I left and leaked the logs, with more accusations being made as time passed. Such as the “hacking” event (I never hacked anyone).

That brings me to the reason behind the log dumps and my sudden departure. My motivations were basically unknown to date, but I feel it's time for clarity. My hope was that the members of BK would see the injustice in its actions and rally for peace which could ultimately lead to the removal of Leo. I never believed that it would really work but at least it was something. I prayed the members were loyal to BK and not to Leo specifically, they should want the game to go on for BK to go on. As the current track they will eventually become a CN inactive shell of an alliance.

Obviously that did not work, however I do owe everyone an apology to the membership of Black Knights who’s trust i have betrayed. I really do love you guys and wish you the best. Including Leo… Leo you really are a great guy, you have helped BK in so many ways, however in doing so have made BK dependent on NPO and “winning” you turned BK into one of our greatest enemies. (EMC / TKR). How different things could have been if the leadership had not gotten caught up in the paranoia and succumbed to tunnel vision.

That brings me to my close, Leo please step down, not all is lost, the game can go on, relations can be repaired with others and I think you will find people will be willing to put the past behind. Its not going to be overnight or easy, but its a game after all so these grudges are not going to last forever. No BK wont be a punching bag, peace could be agreed on literally today with a NAP. this would provide you or new leadership time to rebalance FA and fix issues. Don't end BKs legacy on a moderation decision you don't agree with.

Side Note: Seeker your a great guy, and were my fav leader in IQ, blunt and to the point. Dont end GoG for this, the game will move on. Rise to the occasion

I think you would be glad to know that GoG will live on under Seeker.  We're moving games, but our community lives.
