foreign Affairs Office This evening, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Secretary of State, Arnold Couliqot, established a meeting with Baspars National President, Taylor Cameron and Natasha Blach, the CEO of a major trade industry to discuss a new idea that he had though up. Arnold proposed an idea to build a canal down a few unclaimed provinces into the Arabian Sea along with the Indian Ocean. "This will definitely help create better foreign relations with neighbouring or far away nations. We are landlocked. We have no trade routes, but if we create this canal down into the Arabian Sea we can transport and accept goods that come our way. More food, steel and other precious resources can be dropped off here with one litt- No! Big project. This will help and change Baspar for the greater good, I mean, without trade on sea, which is the only way we can trade for now, how can we grow? If we run out of oil, how can we make gasoline for our gas stops, or military vehicles? This will benigit the goverment, and other neighbours we can trade with in the future. REPLY Freedom of speech is assuredly allowed in Baspar. People may have freedom of thought and speech, however, it will be monitored to an extent where there is no discrimination or harassment. The goverment will try to observe speakers that are quite noticeable, and those who have not been notable as much. The Basparian Goverment will try to find harassers and/or discriminates by having an online system where people who are concerned may report this kind of speech. Helplines will also be available. No one, who live in this world, should be discriminated for colour, age, class etc; and however freedom of speech is allowed, people in Baspar gave the right to people to not be treated wrong, and the goverment will keep that promise. The goverment will monitor which companies have donated to by keeping a chart. Each and every industry will be on that chart, and because the goverment has kept a chart of which companies that have been donating, we will have to put each one through a lie detector test. The Basparian goverment definitely know that lie detectors can not be completely precise, but they are the highest teachnology Baspar has to test if someone is lying. The donation will be put on hold until the detector is finished. What will happen to the assumed lier's? They will be put into 13 years of jail. Only one person will be put into jail, the leader of the industry or (if they have one) the 'money worker', or even maybe both. Bribing is against a high offence in Baspar. This is only one way to do it though. We haven't started the process of stopping bribing yet, it will take a few months to get the perfect plan. A part of the goverment is finding different ways.

The papers were very important indeed, and he clipped them onto a wooden stand, which was a bit unstable, but money goes towards more important things. Coughing as loud as a banshee, Mr. Cameron walked around the solid stage, stating the summary of the thing he wished to speak to the populous about. "Welcome to the Presidential Abode!" He explained through the microphone in his sharp suit. "I have called an announcement to be made today for a very important decision that the Goverment and I have been planning out. Most of you won't like it, but we must build our nation from ideals of our majority Population. The specific thing I want to talk to you about is... well... a new form of government." Distressing voices of the crowd began to fill up the room, and even the representatives of foreign nations (that were personally invited) chatted away about the latest statement. I want this new thing to take shape in our giverment, and, it is a bit sudden, however, we believe it will be the best way for us to become a global success." The parliament, goverment and nearly everyone may have health care, and along with that, it will all be free. It's a funny one really, because people will pay high taxes right now, and that's a bummer, I know but, you must understand that if we had and lower tax, our economy will fall.
