Anyone else tired of "offshore" alliance bank?
How about requiring at least 5 nations in an alliance, or else alliance bank functionality is disabled. 5 nations that are not on Gray, nor in Vacation Mode. Thoughts?

Nope, I'm not tired of it.
I literally can't think of one reason as to how alliance banks are a nuisance. If you don't like the high number of tiny alliances in the game that clutter the space from basically anything that is rank 150 and lower, then think of something else to remove them.
If you really don't like it - even though I can't think of a good reason as to why you don't - then remove alliance bank looting at this point. How else are banks supposed to keep their stuff safe? People are not entitled to loot large alliance banks. Banks are what is funding one of the largest aspects of this game. It's also unfair to personal player banks that give out loans and small alliances with only up to 10-15 people.
