I would like to change my flag.

Unemployment rate hasn't been this low in a long time. Our major highways are already halfway reconstructed. A few cellphone towers, power lines, etc have been built and are now in operation. The 4000 military engineers, while small, gave the Novuan builders some focus.

The Novian Government is requesting foreign workers to reconstruct destroyed infrastructure and communication. Advisors of the President estimate that reconstruction with foreign workers might shorten completion length to about 15-20 days

Despite the response, the Novian Government had a keen interest in this military technology. Politicians in the capital discusses the implications of it. Arms and military equipment manufacturers have a big interest to the point of a few contacting the German Government about it. Although Novian citizens are partially isolated from each other, they reunited from a military project.

We demand that Rekishstan to resolve the conflict within itself and to hold accountable to all actions and violation of Genoa's right of representation. We urge Rekishstan to peacefully allow Genoa to secede and become independent or face bloodshed from seceding Genoa. We cannot interfere with as of right now due to our reconstruction with our infrastructure and communication within our borders. All strict border regulation on Rekishtein and Genoa will be lifted when it is resolved.

Nova Empire gladly accepted and spent it immediately on lost infrastructure and communication. It will buy the materials, and labor required for reconstruction. Our advisors were optimistic and their estimate is about one month. Combined with MoG's aid and with our cooperation with our ally, this might be complete within a month. We used the little money left over to buy ourselves a foreign ISP's 100mb satellite internet and some laptops so we don't have to send letters overseas.

The message was sent in paper by a relay runner. As soon as he got the message, read it and was torn by it. AwesomeNova choosed to not do any action to help the DRG in fear that support from the Germans and Brittanians will be cut off or impeded. AwesomeNova recognized the rebel's fight for independence. He wanted to honored and wanted to support the rebels with new weapons and military support, but their is no convenient way to communicate to them and his military was weakened by the secession. He sighed as he must focus on his nation. He wrote a message for the rebels to read on paper, folded it and put it into an envelope. He sent the messanger through a messaging system made of relay runners. As soon as the message reach to the few ship port that Nova Empire owns, it was boarded on a ship and left the shores. The ship sailed from the North Pacific through the Panama Canal and finally landed on unclaimed land. A few vehicles emerged from the ship and drove for days to the rebel's eastern border. When the border was from eyesight, a man came from one of the the vehicles and sprinted to the border and yelled repeatedly "I have a message! Don't shoot!"

The Novian Government weighed their options of a slow reconstruction, or a potential debt. A few unpopular congressional members spoke out against the offer saying that Nova Empire don't need no help. Despite that, Congress agreed that the money can potentially speed up the reconstruction process, increase employment for the time being, and it could stimulate the the economy. Congress of Nova Empire gladly accepted the low interest loan and help of MoG. A sprinter, substituting the phone/internet lines, ran to the White House to send the message. AwesomeNova shared it to Mogar.

During our fight for our independence, some towns and cities were turned to rubble. Our roads were destroyed and communication within the country is impaired. All of it was from scorched earth. This must be resolved as fast as possible in order for our nation to prosper. Our advisors estimated reconstruction of our infrastructure will take 1-2 months at a minimum and will cost several millions or go into the trillions. After our hard-fought secession from our oppressors, we plant our national flag on each of our cities and town to celebrate our victory. We the people of Nova Empire cry out to the world our existence; hoping all who listens will respect our sovereingty. We will send out diplomats to our allies and make friends with our neighbors.
