  1. Your data is way off. Heavily skewwed to your favor. Alpha did like $15b in dmg and SA $14b and you have us both listed at $9b, lol. 1) You take into account nuke buying costs but you don't take into account the cost to destroy infra conventionally. Then you use war-time resources for the cost of nukes bought in peacetime. Include your GA/Air/Ship attack gas/munition costs or remove nuke buying costs. Both have costs used to destroy infra, not just nukes. Your lot spent many many billions destroying our low-level infra that costs little. Yet, you only include nuke buying costs. 2) For some reason your infra destroyed/taken numbers are really off. You have us listed at net negative, when we were several billion net positive. SA's are also off in your favor. Because you don't list ind. nation data there is no way to know what you are doing wrong. What's strange is that when you did GOB's infra numbers they are off in the opposite direction. They took way more infra dmg than you have listed. If your methodology is off, then they'd be off the same ways for both GOB and SA. It's like you just subtracted from Alpha/SA's net dmg and added all of it to GOB's net damage so they didn't look so awful. 3) Did you take into account that Alpha and SA decommissions enmasse to protect resources? If you want to be honest, be honest, but don't use shitty war stats that ignore all your own costs, and highlight those of your enemy. GOB isn't $4b in the positive, they are like $6-8b NEGATIVE. That was several days before the war ended. LOL at GOB at $4b net positive and not net negative. That's the main reason I investigated your data. Doing stats like this would be like me doing war stats and only including nuke damage and nothing else. So here is from 4/8, so for the next few days until peace, the numbers would get a little bit better for NB, as we had no infra left. These include your loot numbers: How does GOB go from -6b to +4b? LOL And SA goes from +3b to -2B. GOB didn't destroy much of SA's units, as SA decommed most of it. You have some serious problems with your data in your attempt to make everyone on your side net negative and everyone on NB net negative.
  2. You are an idiot. Lets throw in an opportunistic coward too. NB was formally at war with IQ and was involved in the non-IQ coalition. We arranged separate NB-IQ peace with IQ privately because there weren't any future wars due to TKR-Guardian's attack. I asked if they wanted it posted but IQ said it wasn't necessary. You are wrong or just lying. They were not raids, we were at war with IQ. WTF just took their time and Alpha didn't have many in range and there were few upper warslots in IQ in round one. By round 2, Guardian-TKR (EMC) had already hit us. NB's mid/lowers would've been much more involved had Guardian and TKR not attacked NB. I didn't think it would really matter at the time, but after seeing how the war went, I'm sure WTF and Fark's lower tier would've helped out to some degree. If you don't think Guardian/TKR helped out IQ, at least to a small degree, you are kidding yourself.
  3. I can only speak for Alpha but we went conventional in every single war where we weren't dogpiled from the start. 168-day war, we rolled SK with VE/SRD and also Chola/RW's uppers. Silent we started conventional on Mensa via MDP activation (something they still remember, apparently). The other wars when you have all your defensive slots filled, the war is already over before it began. Maybe nukes are easy mode, but also being a part of a dogpile where you click airstrike or GA with 3 other people at people with no military is also easy mode. Neither takes any skill imo. So lets go over the war cycle for Alpha: 1. Start getting intel or just realizing you will most likely be targetted yet again. 2. Buy nukes as a defensive measure. 3. Use the best weapon you can - nukes. 4. Get called a one-trick pony, forgetting history. 5. Post-war people say things like you "you just have a different playing style". 6. You have limited FA options so you are targeted yet again. Repeat 2-6. And that is why the political environment here sucks. There isn't even plotting anymore. It's just, "Who is weakest, lets attack them because no one will care." When you just attack someone you are friendly with, just because the opportunity presents itself, you might as well just remove the political simulation from the game. And asking someone, "Hey, wanna hit xyz alliance/sphere with me?" isn't really politics. Until Guardian/allies, TKR/allies, or The Syndicate/allies want to fight each other you will continue fast track your way to the stagnation that killed that other game. I'd have thrown BK in there, but that actually happened because BK seemed to genuinely want a better game. Finally, lol at NPO/BK eating up Rose's lowers while Rose let it's other allies burn to EMC. Now that's some real political "dynamism" there. I guess that's more of a fool me once shame on you, fool me twice or 3+ times and shame on me.
  4. I've noticed this was leveled a lot during this dual-pronged great war. "You never do anything". So lets go over the timeline to explain why we have stagnation here: 1. An alliance/sphere gets rolled. The defender can be friends with the attacker. It makes no difference and there are no consequences for the aggressor. 2. Post-war the defeated alliance/sphere is smaller, less attractive as a treaty partner and usually they had a PR train run on them by the much larger side. 3. They try to sign new allies, but only their old allies that went through the shit with them stick it out. Mostly, other alliances try to be nice but create enough distance they won't need to defend them if they are 'next'. They may even try to use them as meatshields while helping to set up their rolling later on. 4. They are unable to do anything. Should they try to do something, it's usually a smaller sphere war, something manageable and is usually squashed when a bigger alliance steps in to take advantage. And by squashing the war, the larger sphere/alliance can continue to claim that that alliance/sphere 'does nothing'. Win-win! 5. You get rolled for not doing anything. The alliance/sphere is blamed for the stagnation and even use it as the CB on them. Bigger sphere gets to claim it did something for use next cycle. Rinse and Repeat every year or two. Lets take IQ. People tried to blame them for stagnation, but who is going to sign an IQ alliance? Sure, TKR tried to pull NPO into their sphere against all their allies. But who really is going to sign an IQ alliance and not force them to be a huge sellout? So they have to further consolidate with each other, the only alliances that will have them. The cycle continues as people tell them they are ruining the game with all their treaties even though there are twice as many paperless treaties in this game. Post-war, make no bones about it. There will be one sphere in this game. Whatever you want to call it. EMC, Paperless EMC, Not-IQ, etc. You can go roll Pantheon who is probably 'next', but after them either you can just complain that nothing happens or actually create a political environment in this game. Because we haven't had one for a very long time. Congrats to BK for being the last alliance to take a stab at that. Yes, some laugh at them for the move, reinforcing stagnation yet again. But win or lose, at least they did something politically unlike most of the rest, who while dropping some paper treaties, just kept a paperless one in place and made no real risks to create a better game. I get the attractiveness to paperless ties. You get to fight in easy wars, claim you allied and you don't have to defend someone if they are going to lose. But they are also a big contributing factor to the game's boredom.....in my opinion....that will not be heard by the people who need it the most. Best of luck to you all.
  5. JtTeE, please update your post to include all alliances at war. The peace agreement reached was between all parties at war, not just the major ones. Purple Flower Garden & Adeptus Mechanicus are both not listed on your side.
  6. JtTeE, you might want to actually include all the alliances that are part of this agreement, not just the major ones. Don't be so lazy, it's going to confuse the bandwagoners.
  7. I was lead to believe this was a non-discussion forum. My apologies for not understanding this correctly: "NO DISCUSSION FORUM - PLEASE READ" I would also advise you to read the last thing I said since you didn't get that far apparently. If this has been reported ages ago, then Alex will handle it. But to my knowledge "real life friends" playing together still can't trade with each other or help each other out. I know you are just defending your friend tho, I get that, no explanation needed. Plus your "friends" really like to do the exact same things. How efficient of them.
  8. Same ages, joined Guardian at about the same time. Clearly Guardian is using multi's here. Lots of other similarities in the setups. They also have trades with each other.
  9. and back to the real nature of this topic....propaganda and bullshit
  10. I was just going to ignore your propaganda, because truth isn't really what we are here for. We are here to post pictures and have some laughs. I also f&$#ing hate when people bring Cybern4tions into this game. That game sucks and is dead. But please keep these games separate. With that said, most people know my nation name in Cybern4tions, and it's not that person's name. So, not sure what you are trying to say by bring some Cybern4tions forum shit into this game from some other dude or if it's just shopped and if so, lol. If you are just having a laugh, then we are cool. But if you are actually trying to say that is me, you are mistaken. And I know that you know that because you posted all that text after those images to catch-all...to any response I had to it. Placentica (and OOC: myself) has been in PC, Guardian, Alpha, and a short stint in a micro. Maybe 1-2 others, going back 4-5 years, lol, iirc. What matters, is that since 2014 when the current iteration of the game started, Guardian and Alpha and a short stint a micro have been my only alliances. Again, leave CN shit out of this game pls. And finally, no one really gives a shit if you were in GPA or if any TCW, GOB members were. This is a propaganda thread. It's not based in truth. It's to troll and have fun. Got it?
  11. Tl;dr - A Guardian nation peaced out an SA nation instead of doing 2 airstrikes to win the war and to avoid taking more nukes, other Guardian/TKR nations beiged him to shield him from counters allowing him to destroy a TCW nation. https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=5510&display=war
  12. I think he meant ex-Guardian, but we'll still run with it...as this is a joke thread!
  13. Laaaazzzyyyyyy. Make your own or gtfo. Thought this was self-evident, but I guess I ass-u-me'd too much of you. prop·a·gan·da ˌpräpəˈɡandə/ noun noun: propaganda; noun: Propaganda 1. derogatory information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view.
  14. This is a bit of a self-troll, but wth.
