By Inactive i meant Discord inactive and feeling reluctant to reply to your messages in game / discord. By Suggestions i meant to those newly made nations who applies , they surely need a lot of care and suggestions to make things in favour of their nation I think you know the kind of suggestions given to newly joined people so i dont think its needed to be explained here.

The Sea Dragons have arrived! The government members of both the alliance (Rising Tides and Solidarity of Dragons) have agreed to sign Optional Defense and Optional Aggression Pact. Article I : Optional Defense Both alliances have the right to ask the other to come for their defense , However it is not Obliged to do so. If one alliance feels they could help the other alliance to defend the conflicts , they may Help. Article II : Optional Aggression If one signatory attacks another alliance , the other Signatory is encouraged to join in , But is not obliged to do so. Article III : Intelligence Sharing Both Signatory agree to share intelligence that is vital to each other's security. Article IV : Non Aggression Both Signatory agrees not to be engaged in military actions against each other. Article V : Cancellation Each Signatory has right to cancel the treaty, However they must provide 48 hours notice to the other on their desicion of Cancelling the treaty.
