Yeah, thanks to all who provided help and support over II's time in Orbis. It was certainly a fun ride.

No. If they were to be fair game we'd boot them from the alliance.

Since it is unclear to a certain minority of parties of Orbis, Ignis Imortales has decided to clarify our stance on raids against members of II: A raid against one of our members is seen as the beginning of a war against Ignis Imortales which can only be remedied by proper acknowledgement and reparations of the total cost to our member, plus punitive damages at to our discretion. All raiding nations should expect counterattacks in response to their planned attack on an obviously active, sovereign alliance. All alliances are responsible for the conduct and actions of their respective members. That said, II is prepared for and understands the occasional error in judgement. This is includes, but is not limited to, ill-planned raids and rogue members of their respective alliances. However, error or not, we expect each alliance to responsibly handle their members and properly acknowledge the error at hand just as we do in Ignis Imortales.

why not just go for something simple to begin, like a shared IRC channel that's kept as free of politics and in-fighting as possible and just gets added to all interested gov's ajoins? a central place to chat gov2gov without any of this huge extra stuff? maybe in the future it might make sense to expand it into something formal, but this seems like the easiest starting point and (imo) most useful.
