  1. Darkmore, Onxy Prime, Imperial Palace The hall was dark and gloomy, the walls were made of a thick stone and were laid bear with their soft facings cloaked in a shadowy darkness. In the darkness, loomed figures who guarded of the room, watching and listening in silence for specific commands. The ceiling had a singular strip of line which illuminated the center of the room only, giving a certain pathway to the throne which lurked at the very end of the room. Elizabeth was sat on the throne with both her legs hanging off one side, she was dressed in formal naval dress, her eyes stared at the large oak doors at the front of the hall, waiting for them to open. Apollyon had been on the other side of the universe when he had been recalled to Onyx Prime, though when the Empress called he was duty bound to respond to her call. He looked up at the busy night sky which was abuzz with different starships roaring by, while his capital ship sat motionless, standing out like a dagger in the black sky. With a creak the large doors moved inwards, Apollyon marched forwards, flanked by two of his own guard. His eyes were drawn to the shock troopers who stood in the shadows of hall, their red markings stood out in the shadows, their black frowns appeared ominous and was probably a ploy by Elizabeth to strike fear into those who marched into her palace. Elizabeth spoke first with hint of ignorance in her voice “Lord Apollyon. I have been awaiting your arrival. We have some trouble….and a trouble maker on our hands†she said, her eyes staring through Apollyon. As Apollyon reached halfway down the hall he knelt, though a distance away from Elizabeth. Looking up he responded “This better not be a job which one of your Admirals can handle. I have better things to do than crush rebels that you helped create. I have my own tasks to accomplish†his bitter tone echoed through the chamber. A scowl went across Elizabeth’s face and her usually green eyes slowly turned a shade orange. Raising her right hand, she moved it towards Apollyon with a great speed, a red and yellow lightning shot across the room and made contact with the Sith lord, he didn’t appear to move through the stream was hitting him with force, around him the ground cracked. After several seconds, she stopped and looked at the now smoking Sith Lord. “You should know by now, you should not speak to your master like that†she continued “Now that is in order. I have some troubling news. There is a traitor in my midst, several FTLI stations have gone offline, a fleets ID number was stolen and it was used to attack a planet with a hidden observatoryâ€. Staying silent for a few seconds Apollyon responded “Very interesting…Master. It would take someone of high level clearance to mask a fleet within our space as a Triskeli fleet and then take down several FTLI stations. The planet will be taken, I shall have it destroyed as part of my investigationâ€. “There lies the issue, the planet is a holiday resort for millions of citizens, both ours and…our allies. It would detrimental to our alliance to display that we cannot even protect our citizens or theirs. I sense this was the reasoning behind. The planet itself has minimal defenses and I doubt they lasted mere seconds if they had a technical readout†Elizabeth mused as she placed around the throne. “What is thy bidding, my master?†the Sith lord responded. “I have had your personal legion transported to a nearby staging area. Gather your fleet and begin your investigation. You will first need to destroy or capture our lost FTLI bases before you can head to the planet.†Elizabeth said looking upon Apollyon. Standing up, Apollyon pulled his hood over his face and walked towards the exit.
  2. Gregor looked into the vastness of space and was met with the nothing but his own reflection from the durasteel, the only thing separating him from the vacuum of space. In front of him sat the blue planet which was illuminated by a nearby star, his eyes were drawn to the puffy clouds which were spread across the surface. The sector surrounding the planet was abuzz with shipping which came and went rather quickly, much of it was civilian and brought waves of news tourists to the holiday resort. Most of the clients which visited were Triskeli military personnel on extended leave or rich businessmen spending their ill-gotten gains. Permanently stationed over the planet were two imperial light cruisers which were tasked with providing security to the resort and its inhabitants from any threats, however unlikely they would be. “Sir, we are receiving signals of a rather large naval fleet exiting hyperspace†one of the ensigns barked from behind him. It was strange, the navy never sent vessels to such a secure part of space which was protected by FTLI stations. “Ensign, ping local FTLI stations and contact the fleet’s commander†Gregor said with a hint of worry in his voice. Behind Gregor the ensign tapped away for a few seconds “Base Delta Zero, this is High Heaven, report on your status. Base Delta Zero, this is High Heaven, report on your statusâ€. Even after attempts the ensign gathered no report from the FTL stations so he moved onto the fast approaching fleet “Unknown Triskeli fleet, this is High Heaven, report your intent and authorization†again this was met with silence. “Sir, I am unable to reach either the fleet or FTLI stations†the ensign was now stood up looking at Gregor. “Raise the alarm and send out a distress signal to the Triskeli command†boomed Gregor, his eyes bearing down on the lowly Ensign. After a few seconds of typing the ensign shouted back “Sir, our communications are jammed, we are in the dark and cannot communicate with anyone out of this sector.†Gregor looked down at the planet again, beneath him were millions of defenseless people who had no idea what was about to happen to them. That second the standard Imperial alarm sounded, soon followed by the officers and troopers rushing around the bridge of the station. Suddenly his eyes were drawn to what had exited hyperspace in front of him Out of the deep depths of space several large vessels appeared, their jumps precise as their hulks instantly smashed the two light cruisers under their immense speed and size. Flaming hot wreckage from the vessels roared towards the planet’s surface. The ships themselves looked as if they had been pieced together from several ships older vessels, none of which were Triskeli in design, their orange and red skins shimmered in the sun’s gaze. Gregor watched as the light cruisers were instantly smashed into millions of pieces. Knowing what he had to do he reached for a nearby panel and began typing, his orders dispatched the docked ARC fighters and sent them to the hide somewhere on the planet below. Looking up he could barely react as the vessels launched several slugs towards the station, his last image was the station’s shields shimmering a second before failing.

  4. This was Anita’s first holiday not in the Triskeli core worlds, it was a largely different experience and a good one at that. She noticed as one of the tour guided approached them and introduced herself, her eyes were drawn to the cultural dress which was so different from that of Triskeli dress, what stood out most was the contrast between the multi-coloured top which was chock full of colours and her fairly plain but textured blue dress and dark brown belt. Anita was dressed in a red velvet style robe which barely covered her body, even with this lack of clothing she could still feel the humidity, her body wasn’t used to having to regulate its own temperature, her armour normally took care of such things. Though this was a new feeling of freedom, being able to wear what she wanted. To those looking at her, she would have passed as a normal Triskeli soldier but due to her role she’d had many surgeries to make improve her as a soldier, both her dark blue eyes were in fact synthetic and had a range of abilities and options for her to choose from. Her long legs were a composite mix of materials to give her strength and durability in the battlefield, being able to lift nearly quadruple what the normal Triskeli would be able to. Finally, her chest had several alterations ranging from synthetic organs and toughened to skin to resist blades. All the while she was able to pass as normal or so she hoped. “It is pleasure to meet you Itkan, my name is Anita Alexander. I cannot wait to see the show going on at the theater, it would be an amazing opportunity to learn about your culture as I've only read about it before this event†she said in a polite manner while giving a courtesy out of respect.
  5. Anita looked out of the view port into the deep darkness of space, in the center of her vision sat Orbis IV, the planet had been the location for the Galaxy’s biggest brawl and it sure could be seen. Her eyes were drawn to the huge scorched hulks which drifted in the distance, they once had been Triskel’s largest and most powerful warships, now they were floating lifeless in space, waiting to be salvaged, for a moment her mind fell onto the thoughts of the men and women that served upon the beasts, they would have stood no chance in the vacuum of space, which is why she preferred to have her boots on firmly on the ground. The transport passed new and reinforced Triskeli positions which surrounded the planet, like a ring of steel the new defense stations engulfed the planet against possible invaders. Anita could feel the chip in the back of her spine tingle as the vessels scanned the civilian transport, she sensed that the fleet had bulked up their weapon systems after what had been an embarrassing duel for them over Orbis IV. After what felt like forever the transport passed by the blockade and was in lower orbit speeding towards the Mayan sector of the planet. In the distance, she spotted a gigantic statue in the form of a warrior holding a shield, which also appeared to double as a shield generator for the entire sector. It was an amusing thought that the Triskeli would never have thought to use such a design, they were also thinking about how and item worked and not how it looked, something that she would likely appreciate about the Mayan people. Her eyes then fell upon the large city which sprawled across a peninsula, the city itself was awe inspiring in its beauty, from the individual temples to the houses which were situated as far as the eye could see. She would make sure to spend her time exploring this city before going back to Orbis proper and resuming her duties. Several minutes passed and the transport touched down at a landing zone and Anita made sure that she was the first at the nearest exit. She found that she was a lot taller than the other Triskeli traveling with her, it was the clearest indication of her job role, due to the augmentations preformed upon her to become a shock trooper, she no looked fit in with nonmilitary Triskeli, both mentally and physically. The ramp lowered and she sauntered out, her ornate robes rapped firmly around her as she descended. It felt different to be out of her magnetized under suit which she normally would wear day to day, however all she wore now was the robes around her body, it was time to relax.
  6. The squad sat lurking in the shell of a two-story building, in front of them was the capital building for the city. Fighting around the capital building had been intense as the local defenders had dug themselves into the surrounding for one last stand against their foe, what use that would be against the onslaught which would be coming their way. Behind a line of buildings, the Imperial forces lined up their assault vehicles for one last charge of the day, spirits had been high through the day as the Imperial forces had completely and utterly shattered both the body and mind of the local forces without taking many casualties to heavier weapons. Anita watched as Imperial walker after Imperial walker joined the battle formation, all different sizes, though equally terrifying in their power. Also, joining the attack was a squadron of Juggernauts which would likely be used to smash through the enemy lines at high speed to cause maximum damage and confusion in amongst enemy lines. Naxus appeared from one of the room, he had been gone for several hours to attend a meeting between commanding officers to flesh out the plan for the attack on the capital building. It was clear that his squad would be on the front of the assault as per their job as shock troopers. “Listen up, we have orders from command, our job will be to be in the first wave of attackers going towards the capital building. We will be riding aboard one of the juggernauts, as soon as our jug has breached the inner wall of the capital building our ramp will drop and from there we are to clear out all emplaced positions around the perimeter. The snag to our mission is that all while clearing the enemy from their positions, the bulk of our forces will begin the larger assault, so there will fire incoming from our side and the enemy will also…be shooting at us†Naxus spoke with a clear and concise voice with a hint of comedy to break the tension towards the end. With no responding to Naxus he barked “Right Bravo, gather your gear and mount up on the Juggernautâ€. Imperial Command, Star Destroyer, ‘Devastator’ Apollyon stood on the bridge of the destroyer, from there he was able to observe the entire invasion, beneath him the city burned as Imperial forces sacked the city. The fear and pain of the suffering could be felt through the force and those feelings sustained Apollyon’s power. Surrounding Apollyon were several generals and Admirals who were conducting both the air and land attacks on the planet. Apollyon had never understood why Elizabeth had ordered him to this shithole of a galaxy, the local life was so primitive it was likely they would all fail genetic stock tests. “Commander, I’d like a report on the assault†hissed Apollyon without looking away from the city. “My lord, the final assault is about to take place on the capital building, I’ve had all assault units surround the capital to make ensure that no defenders make it out alive†reported the lowly general who was likely to be fresh out of academy. “Very well, Commander. I will lead the assault myself†Apollyon replied as he walked away from the bridge, following behind him two advanced recon troopers.
  7. The air was thick was smoke as the squad advanced into the large pedestrianized plaza, Anita was on point as moved. The walker that they had been escorting earlier had been diverted to a different part of the city where fighting had intensified, though themselves they had seen little combat since they had first touched down. “The locals don’t seem to have the balls to put up a worthy fight†Tex scoffed as he levels his rotary blaster at the horizon. “The local pond life is so inept. Nearly takes the honour out of victory. Nearly†joked Naxus. He had now taken point in the formation as they walked. In the distance, there was the sound of heavy gun fire but as soon as it had appeared it had stopped again. Overhead, the sound of Romanian fighter jets had stopped completely and had been replaced with the constant humming of Triskeli Gunships which roamed the city, looking for targets. Anita’s heads up display locked onto a group of slow moving targets moving through the smoke and fog. The target was moving too slowly to the local defence forces so it had to be something else, as the target neared the smoke seemed to vanish and what appeared was a long column of civilians, covered in dirt, blood and dust they looked like an arm of the undead swarming through the city. As her HUD marked each individual target she noted a woman carrying what she thought to be a bundle of clothes but clothes don’t give away faint heart beats. Using her the display she noted that the child in fact had been hit by a blaster. Her heart pounded in her chest and before she could really register what she was doing she had barked down the battle net “Medic! I need a medic now!â€. It only took a few seconds for the young medic to appear from the rear of the formation “Who’s been hit!†the medic roared as he opened his operating kid which consisted of items from nanite jel to bacta. Anita pointed towards the mother and the child who was cowering in fear at the Stormtroopers and holding her child tighter in her arms. In one swift movement, Anita had removed her helmet to show the woman she wasn’t just an armoured henchwoman of the Triskeli. It took a few minutes but the woman allowed the medics to tend to her child for what they could in the middle of a battlefield. Feeling the burning eyes of Naxus as he stared at her she placed her helmet back on her head and was instantly met with a tirade about removing her helmet in a combat zone and how she wasn’t a humanitarian but a soldier.
  8. Romania-Europe The assault ship slipped through the clouds like a ghost, the hulls reflective panels had been activated allowing the beast to travel relative in secrecy. Alongside the assault ship moved two of the newly constructed Star Destroyers. As they appeared over the city of Bucharest, the cloaks were dropped and the ships sat above the city in all their glory for the locals to feast their eyes upon and for the local government to tremble in fear at. After a short period drop ships and other various landers were seen leaving the assault ship and destroyers, all of which were heading towards the surface, some carried infantry while others carried the Empire’s fear instilling siege weapons. Like God’s wrath itself, the Imperial forces descended upon the city with plague like effectiveness. 1st Shock Trooper Corps The lighters flickered in the dropship, inside a squad of Stormtroopers, each preparing in their own way for the combat operations ahead. The squad consisted of nine Stormtroopers, each were marked with the blood red stripes of the shock trooper corps, each trooper was battle hardened and one of the Empire’s toughest soldiers had to offer. Anita sat looking down into the inside of her helmet, itself the inner part of the helmet was empty, after many months of use she had stripped it down to be lighter and more to her style of combat. She watched her fellow troopers move about the drop, some cleaned their weapons while others sat silently with their helmets on. This would be their second large combat mission as a shock trooper regiment. Shock troopers were expected to fight harder than regular troopers and be more capable in completing their objectives. She had served two years as a regular grunt before being selected to become a shock trooper and it felt good to become the warrior she thought herself to be. Sat opposite Anita was Naxus, he had been a shock trooper for the past five years and it could be seen in his armour, blaster marks and dents were etched into every piece of the chest plate and body. He sat silent with his helmet on, though likely it was he was actually listening to communications chatter from the different units being deployed. Naxus had been the squad leader for the past five months before the last one had been killed in action while charging head first into a rebel stronghold. Now he was in command one of the Empire’s elite shock trooper squads. It was a huge step up from being a rank and file trooper, more responsibility, more power and of course, more pay. Though this would be his first major battle in command of the men and women around him. To the rear of the drop was Tex, leaning against the cockpit door he cradled the standard issue rotary blaster over his shoulder like it was nothing, though the weapon to most would have been felt to be heavy. Tex was the squad’s heavy weapons specialist, if the squad needed to blast their way through someone or something, he would be their man. Anita hadn’t had the time to talk to the rest of her squad since most of them were newbies, new shock troopers rarely had much to say, they were used to commanders listening to every bit of chatter that the normal Stormtrooper would utter, which Anita found to be anal and intrusive at best but she didn’t have to deal with that anymore. Suddenly over the comms the dropships pilot spoke “Prepare for rapid deployment, landing in 10 secondsâ€. Without too much thought, Anita found herself behind the Naxus on the ramp as its rapidly lowered and day light poured in like a wave. As the ramp hit the concrete ground, the sound of combat rocked the air, in front of the dropship an AT-AT had been deployed and was moving up what would have been a busy street. Several loud explosions shook the street as tank rounds impacted on the shield which surrounded the walker. The head of the walker moved and tracked until it located a formation of three tanks far up the street, advancing towards the Triskeli forces, several short blasts from the walker's main weapons and the tanks were smoking wrecks, their crews scrambling from their flaming coffins, those who did bail quickly succumbing to their wounds, their bodies burning in the street. Anita nearly felt the impacts before they actually happened, small arms fire slammed into shielding which protected her. Her heads up display highlighted infantry moving up, they moved with speed and as one, using the smoke from the destroyed tanks to cover up advance, though it did little to hide from them the Triskeli squad's sensor arrays. Raising her DLT-19 rifle she lined up her first shot with one of the moving figures as its stopped to fire at them, squeezing the trigger and breathing out, she felt the recoil of the heavy weapon as a stream of hot plasma screamed through the air and made impact with her target.Intensely watching, she took note as the figure of the young man slouched debris and stopped moving, the HUD stopped targeting him as the lay dying in the street. Taking a few seconds she moved onto the next target and repeated the process until all the attackers were eliminated it. It was not her job to feel for those who endangered her squad, that would be the jobs of the medics who arrived later to collect DNA for use of cloning. “Area clear, move up and support the walker, we are to head to the parliament building†Naxus squawked over the battle network. Quickly she jogged up to join the rest of her squad, for now the path was clear. Overhead the sky was full of Triskeli fighters dueling with local air forces. The locals didn't stand much of a chance against the Triskeli starships, their use of shields, speed and jamming made them rely on their cannons, which by themselves couldn't damage the ARC fighters which were roaming above the city like scavengers, picking off targets as they went.
  9. Hi, Any chance I can remove my land from Africa and have Romania instead? Regards.
  10. Operation: Cobalt Hungary-Europe The assault ship slipped through the clouds like a ghost, the hulls reflective panels had been activated allowing the beast to travel relative in secrecy. Alongside the assault ship moved two of the newly constructed Star Destroyers. As they appeared over the city of Budapest the cloaks were dropped and the ships sat above the city in all their glory for the locals to feast their eyes upon and for the local government to tremble in fear at. Several loud explosions shook the street as tank rounds impacted on the shield of the walker, within seconds the walker's heavy weapons had vaporised the tanks which had been located up the street. Anita nearly felt the impacts before they actually happened, small arms fire slammed into shielding of her armour, though she had been told there was no threat from the primitive weapons they had to offer, it still sent her heart racing. Raising her DLT 19 she tracked a male soldier behind one of the wrecked vehicles, her HUD displayed the man and she squeezed the trigger and the rifle reacted by sending a stream of hot bolts through the air, piercing the heavy armour of the vehicle and straight into the target. “Area clear, move up and support the walker, we are to head to the parliament building†Naxus squawked over the battle network. With that the formation of shocktroopers began rapidly move up the street to catch the AT-AT walker.
  11. The Triskeli Fleet With the increase amount of ordinance coming at the Triskeli shield system, it only began to grow in power and resistance to incoming rounds as energy bolts were absorbed and nanites quickly deposed of slugs that entered the shield. At the same time, nanite clouds could be seen swarming around the capital ships repairing superficial damage had been caused by the increase fire the Naxid swarm. From inside the bubble, the Triskeli destroyers now responding with all weapons at their arsenal, from heavy rapid fire turbolasers to nonstop streams of missiles, all of which could be seen harrowing towards the Naxid fleet. Command Destroyer Sykes watched the nearby holo feed, which displayed one side of the shield where millions of missiles and other rounds were impacting. He was not worried with the amount of ordnance that was incoming, the Triskeli had dealt with this before and had developed the technology to feed off weapons to generate energy to sustain their shielding. None of the Imperial ships had exited the shield and all were firing to their maximum capacity, though Sykes knew that the battle was nowhere near won and it would be an uphill struggle to probably even escape with his own fleet. Nearby several Officers also stood, watching a nearby feed of the battle. “Have the fleet fire low yield nova weaponry at the Naxid fleet. They are to exhaust all low yield supplies and then report back†he paused for a second “At the same time, while the shields are up, each ship is to lower shield power by 20% and refocus those into energy weapons and begin to target vital systems on the nearest ship and then move onto the nextâ€. One of the officers replied “Yes, my lord†and disappeared into another part of the dark room to communicate the orders with ships in the fleet. Within minutes of the orders being sent the first volleys of missiles were being launched, each super star destroyer was able to launch up to 10,000 warheads every ten seconds. As the missiles left their tubes and screamed across space, as they left the shield they were enveloped within a smaller shield which surrounded the missile as it headed towards the target, though these shields realistically would only be able to within stand mild energy fire and projectile fire, though when the missile was penetrated the detonation would occur and a small star would vaporize the objects around it before collapsing in on itself, crushing the targets around them. The missiles broke in different directions, most either went frontally at the fleet, attempting to detonate in front of the swarms, while the others came from the sides and attempted to reach the rear to encompass them in different blasts, though no one knew how many would really reach the Naxid fleet. At the rear of the fleet was the two orbital defense stations which had up until now not taken part in the battle. Each station had four turrets, each with four barrels, capable of firing multiple slugs at high speeds. These stations began to turn their attention to the larger ships in the Naxid fleet with their first volley of high velocity slugs. Fighters within the Triskeli formation had since left the missiles alone and were now preparing for ship to ship combat, each craft carried four torpedoes which they would attempt to use to weaken the smaller Naxid ships with a followed attack from their heavy cannons which were mounted on either wing.
  12. Triskeli Fleet, Orbis IV ‘Glory, Glory, What a helluva way to die The Triskeli ships had all reached their positions in the formation near Orbis IV, each one of the capital ships had unleashed swarms of ARC fighters which swarmed in amongst the capital ships, waiting for the enemy to mix in amongst their ranks like the locusts descending upon a swarm. At the same time a bright light was beaming from one Super Star Destroyer to another as the order had been given to activate the UMBRELLA defence network, a system which combined the strength of each ships shield system to one giant shield which would be used to protect the entire fleet from incoming ordinance and any that did enter would be swiftly picked at by the nanite cloud. The same cloud would be used to repair damage to ships which would allow the Triskeli fleet to remain in constant operation even when the odds were stacked against them. Command Destroyer- ‘Reverence’ Grand Admiral Sykes stood in the dimly lit operations room which was deep within the Star Destroyer, most nations thought that Star Destroyers were commanded from the bridge, though in reality, anything of real importance was controlled from the operations room, often the bridge would be completely knocked out and the ship would continue to fight with no loss of control. Sykes had the battle plan laid out in front of him, the Triskeli fleet was out numbered but by no means was it out of the game, it would stand and fight with what it had. At the center of the Triskeli defence plan was the new orbital stations which packed enough punch to with their newly developed MAC cannons which would knock out the shields of most vessels if not completely vaporize them. Though the issue they were facing first was the mass waves of missiles being sent their direction. “My lord, the Umbrella defence network is up and holding strong. Missiles are coming through but point defence, fighters and turbo laser banks are holding strong. However due to the large amount of incoming, we do expect sever damage to some ships in the outer formation, nanite clouds have been ordered to the area to repair any ships which request it†barked ensign Smith as his hands moved quickly over his defence controls. Sykes didn’t really react to the new information but responded with a new order “Have ships on the edge of the formation prime and prepare to launch low yield tactical standoff weapons. The nova weaponry will destroy most of the incoming targets. Until then order all batteries aboard all vessels to fire upon all incoming missilesâ€. There was a slight shudder as nearby batteries began firing with immediate effect. Talon Squadron, ARC Fighter In reality, the combat outside was much closer and more lethal to those pilots in charge of taking down incoming missiles, ARC fighters roared in amongst the formation of super star destroyers, every few seconds the cockpit of CT15904 would flash bright blue as a nearby destroyer unleashed another volley of fire. Pulling back on his stick he brought his fighter into the view of another missile heading towards the planet. Squeezing the trigger the fighter’s heavy cannons fired and connected with the missile shredding it into pieces. At the same time watched as a nearby group of fighters detonated a removing them from existence, the debris smashed into the side of his cockpit and bounced off the heavy shielding. For a split second, he thought he noted the face of the pilot as it was crushed against the shielding. Deciding to not think about the obvious face mark on the side of his cockpit, he roared the fighter’s engines once more and flipped the craft back on itself to destroy a missile that had been behind it, flipping again face his original direction he watched as millions of missiles that hadn’t be stopped were impacting on the planet in front of him. His orders had been to protect all imperial vessels, not the locals and they were certainly paying for it on the surface.
  13. Operations room The room was cast in a dark red hue, in the shadows figures moved with a swift pace and a sense of urgency. It had been several minutes since a general alarm had been sounded and orders were being snapped from ship to ship as contingency plans were being uttered in the ears of officers. Ensign Smith had been at his station since the alarm bells had started ringing, his heart raced, a deep thudding in the back of his head echoed through his mind. This was the first time on deployment he had heard the general call for a serious combat situation. He could feel the ship as the engines moved the into its new defensive position. Focusing on the weapons systems he controlled he almost didn’t notice the moment the Grand Admiral entered the room. Ladies and gentlemen, the rumours that you have heard in the past few minutes are true. I will not lie to you that the situation at hand is tough one†the Admiral spoke with a soft tone as he stood in front of the holotable located in the center of the room. “However, I ask that you, like your forbearers, who forged this mighty Empire, reach for the fiery blade at your side and strike down this foe. Like a knight in the battlefield we will stand our ground and slaughter those who threaten us and force them to kneel†there was a sense of power growing in his voice as he walked around the table, often looking at ensigns as he walked. “Today, we stand our ground and ignite the blade that shines bright enough to blind our enemies. You will do your duty and so will I. If we fail on this day, let our enemies know that the Empire doesn’t forget and will return in greater numbers. We will burn their home worlds to the ground and erase their society from existence. Triskel will emerge victorious, soaked in the blood of our enemiesâ€. Smith found himself repeating the Imperial Mantra that had been repeated a million times since his enlistment “Every traitorous soul shall kneel†and he could hear the other deck crew repeating the same phrase. Fleet movements The bulk of the fleet had formed a defensive sphere slightly beyond Orbis IV, in the center of the sphere were the three newly built defence platforms which hosted an array of weapons systems that would be used to deter any incoming threats. Surrounding the platforms were layers of the remaining Super Star Destroyers facing away from the station in complete field of fire which would allow all ships and the station to coordinate their attacks.
  14. Elizabeth had been sat listening as each national leader took the floor to speak. Though when the local plant life decided to raise their melons above the parapet to mutter their irrelevancies for the gods to listen she appeared to be on the verge of completely zoning out of the conversation. Only when the people of any importance in the room did she pay attention. It was always amusing to Elizabeth the stark differences in nations which made up the UMS, from the nations which would exterminate whole nations with their only worry being whether the blood stained their boots, this could be contrasted with those who treated themselves like baby sitters to the galaxy, looking after the petulant children of the galaxy, whom in reality should have been drowned at birth; Her eyes drifted towards the locals, between them there was not a single iota of competence. She waited until everyone was doing speaking and made her way to the centre of the room. Her eyes locked onto B'alam like a predator sizing up a tasty meal “You appear to have come to the conclusion that I have some kind of care for the local plant life.†She paced across the room towards where the local observers had placed themselves “I just want you all to know that ground beneath my feet has served more importance than the entirety of your civilizations combined. I could slaughter you all now, let your blood soak across the floor and the only issue that would be created from my action is the cleaning bill for the floor where you stand. From this day forward, you will understand when you hear my name or anyone’s name in this room. You will bow before your God’s like the true insects that you areâ€. Her tone was flat but stern at the same time, her eyes moved across the delegates one by one. Pacing calmly back towards the UMS members she spoke again “I may or may not have hidden plans sometimes. If you ask me to be direct with a bunch of low intelligence politicians I can and just have been. I had my aides invite the pond life today so that they could witness their new masters in action†A smile came across her face. “I believe firmly that they have witnessed this fullyâ€. In a much lighter tone she spoke to Admiral nam-Kalzhak “I would firmly agree to that proposition bar Orbis IV. Triskel has interests in building land assets on the planet and would much rather be the sole controller of the space around it while our allies can patrol and govern Orbis proper. This is my only issue with the current propositionâ€. She bowed and returned to her seat.
  15. Elizabeth stood from her seat to begin here speech. She had spent a long of her journey with her advisors, planning how to resolve the current situation. She moved to the center of the room, at the same time she lowered the hood from her ornate black and silver robes which had the Triskeli wolf etched onto the back of it. As she did her long smooth red hair dropped around her shoulders, resting on the thick black robes, now also on show was her pale as snow skin which contrasted heavily with her clothing. Looking like globes of ice her eyes appeared to move quickly amongst all the guests as if she was looking deep into their soul. “I would like to take the opportunity to welcome everyone to this summit. A special thank you to our Nalydian allies for hosting the event on such a short notice. I also extend warm welcomes to all our guests, I truly hope you enjoy your visit†she said in a rather icy and flat tone. Reaching into her robes she pulled out a holo-transmitter and placed the item at her feet. The device activated and displayed a crisp image of the solar system and all its planet. For those with keen eyes they would have noticed all the vessels moving around on screen which would indicate that it was actually a live feed of all that was happening. “Not for one second do I take any one of you for being a fool. I understand that the moment the Triskeli fleet turned up in such a large number there was going to be hostile reactions from the local governments. However, at the same time I would hope that you understand that when we learned that a war was going to threaten our trade routes we had to take immediate action to ensure that all traders, not even just our own, would be safe from the danger of being attacked by warring nations. To say that we failed in that would be a lie, the only ship lost thus far was when one of you thought charging one of the warships in the blockade would be a good idea. Naturally the fleet responded in an offensive mannerâ€. She paced up and down through the hologram speaking as she went without missing a beat. Turning to face the UMS representatives “My close friends, I do believe that there is a solution to this that steps down the Triskeli presence all while not compromising security†she walked towards the planets currently occupied by her UMS allies. “Currently we have forces on Mecury, Venus, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Mars. I would suggest that FTLI be expanded to cover the whole system. At the same time, there would be a huge highway which ships can pass at FTL speeds. However, each planet will have an exit and those who are responsible for the planet can either keep their FTLI up in which the ship will merely crash into the FTLI and be destroyed. This would entirely be up to those who control the planet in how they handle ships coming off of the highway. The Triskeli fleet would cut their contribution down from 100,000 vessels down to 5,000 with a space station to suppor the fleet being installed above the planet. I believe that this would be a fair comprise from our end, though we understand any frustration this may bring. I do have one point I am not willing to negotiate on and that is our allies, the Kressnians should be in charge of controlling all space travel in Orbis central. They may not have the pure fleet numbers but their ethos is in line with the preservation of the system and would pose no threat to Orbis itself. This would mean that our allies, the Pords would have complete control of the space around Uranus and Neptune. If they feel they do not want a certain ship using FTL to reach those planets that is their will and will be respected. This would extend to the Mri in reference Mercury and Venus. I feel that this solution is the fairest and simplest way to compromise the situation at hand. No ship will be stopped unless those who control the sector demand it be so. I thank you all for your time. I give the floor to our allies to discussâ€. Elizabeth leaves the hologram of the system up as she retakes her seat with her entourage
  16. Triskeli Capital Ship Elizabeth sat crossed leg on the deck of the gigantic hangar bay of her personal destroyer, the bay was brimming with activity, though the deck crew had kept their distance from where she was sat. Opening her eyes, she was greeted with the image of thousands of troopers standing to attention in their individual units. They were the men and women of her personal guard, wherever she went they soon followed right behind her. Each of them had served in an activate infantry unit for at least five years and then had go onto to do further eye watering training that many washed out of doing due to the sheer intensity. Her eyes fell onto further movement near the back of the hangar, several large cranes were moving larger Imperial vehicles. Reports had rolled in that the temperature on the surface was falling below -200 degrees celsius which meant that while she would be effected by the weather herself, the support staff with her would be, so in such they would have to bring the equipment to support their arrival. The largest piece of equipment that the Empire would land on the surface was an AT-AT walker which would be used to transport the Empress nearer to the summit, normally a gunship would be used but due to the high winds they opted for something more tried and tested. While observing the other movement, she felt a rush of energy come over her, she was used to this feeling, it normally signified the arrival of someone with powers or presence was near her. This time it was Apollyon who stood in front of two Galactic Marines and two of his Inquisitors. He appeared to be giving orders but stopped mid-sentence to greet the Empress. “My lady, the landing party is almost ready. When you are ready, board the AT-AT and we will proceed from there†he said in a formal tone and instantly went back to talking to the soldiers around him. Several Minutes Later There was a loud clunking noise followed by the sound of air rushing by as the dropship carrying the AT-AT came near to dropping of its cargo on the icy planetoid below. The dropping motion in her stomach vanished as the she felt the walker touch down on the surface below. On the overhead speaker, she heard the Walker Commander speak “It’s quite windy out here folks and the temperature is constantly falling. Though there is no need for worry, our environmental shielding will protect everything. We expect to arrive at the edge of the city within 25 minutes, if anything else occurs, you will be notifiedâ€. With that the voice vanished again and they were left with the gentle movement of the walker and the thudding of the legs as they impacted on the ground. Apollyon was sat opposite her, he had barely been chatting to anyone since the operation had started. Much like Elizabeth he had been wedged in between the heavily armoured snow troopers who sat in their seats talking amongst each other on their private communication networks. Apollyon leaned forward and spoke in hush tones “I hear that the Governess that you appointed is the reason I had to drag you to this shithole of a backwater. Her blockade of sol appears to have annoyed the local peasantry†he huffed. A small smile came across her face “You would be correct. While you were off completing one of the missions that I sent to you she reacted to a war on Mars with a blockade which at first was a good idea but has since expanded into an occupation of that single planetâ€. Apollyon smacked his head against the wall of the walker behind him “If I had a credit for every time someone did something stupid which lead to us going to a boring meeting I’d be a rich and never have to leave the Temple†the old Sith Lord joked. “Apollyon, you are rich but I still don’t know what you do with all those Imperial Credits that you earn with your job. Oh actually, I do know. You spend the credits on old Sith artifacts and Jedi artifacts. The last one I believe was you got an old Sith Lords helmet? Vader, was it? Yeah that’s the one I was thinking of. Before that you bought a statue from a Jedi temple in galaxy from a long time ago in a galaxy far awayâ€. Elizabeth stared at Apollyon Apollyon never responded to the taunting by the Empress, he instead retorted “So, when I get off of this shithole, do I need to visit the new Governess and change her mind about how to run your colony or should I let you do that?â€. Elizabeth mused for a minute “No. I think that now she has committed to the situation we must fall in line with the idea. As you well know, I sent Lancer on a mission to the fabricators to build a new fleet and a new army for this specific colony. If we can agitate the locals into action, we could test out my new command ship on them. At the same time, we can sweep aside the local pond life and expand the UMS control zone, each planet will have a standing army of clone troopers while the locals are slowly herded into camps and the ones with genetic defects will be destroyed. Those of some use can be used for experiments or slave labour. Once they are all dead we can take down any slave structures and re build them properly†she smiled. Apollyon let out a laugh “Your wisdom never ceases to inspire me. You have to accept that this will be an uphill struggle. Our allies within the UMS won’t accept extermination camps popping up overnight. This will take time and planning to actually pull off, there are few people within the Empire I’d trust with this kind of conversation. The only other person that you would be able to trust to make this happen would be Captain Lancer. I do agree my Empress, the local life forms do need to be handled, though they need to surrender their freedoms to use by themselves and not have us take them away…. or we could be looking at a galaxy wide warâ€. “The newly reformed Inquisitors would have a great role in this plan. In my mind, the first phase would be implanting themselves in important structures around the Galaxy and when the time comes they will complete their mission like any soldier in my army. At the same time, we will have to keep the UMS on board with policy, even with this blockade I feel some are losing their balls. I don’t understand how they could go from glassing entire solar systems to protecting what would normally be described as ‘Undesirables’ or even worse ‘unclean’†she said in a thoughtful tone. A short while later Apollyon repelled from the center of the walker into the ice-cold weather beneath him. Waiting was Elizabeth and several snow troopers, each of them were sat on speeder bikes waiting to go into the city ahead of them. They had decided to leave the walker to be picked up later on so to avoid the destruction of local roads by the walker’s large spiked legs which dug deep into the ground. Mounting his his bike and they were off, the wind was almost unbearable but within a few minutes they were deep within the city. After travelling for a short period, they came to their destination, a plaza which was surrounded by ornate walls and what Apollyon assumed to be imported Nalydian flora. Finally reaching their place of meeting, Elizabeth was the first of the party to step in, followed by the rest of her group. She took not that she had not been the first to arrive by a long period but at least she wasn’t as late others. Elizabeth approached the Admiral “Admiral nam-Kalzhak, it is truly an honour to meet you. I must apologise for my late arrival, I was in the motherverse when I was made aware of the current situation but as soon as I was aware. Please accept these gifts as thank you for hosting the summitâ€. One of the snowtroopers stepped forward with a box of fresh Triskeli meat while another stepped forward with two jugs of newly developed Triskeli nog.
  17. Captain Rogers watched as transport and the dragon vanished from in front of his fast-approaching destroyers. His eyes fell upon the Nalydian fleet which had arrived in front of them mere seconds ago, and now there demanding that the blockade be ended. He felt a sense of anger wash over him like a wave. Since when did a foreign power, though an ally and a member think it could just turn up and demand that the Triskeli fleet end their operations in the area. He had to think quickly to resolve the situation before it grew any bigger. There would be only one solution to this, he would need to contact the new Governess and ask her permission for a summit on the topic. Reaching into his breast pocket of his dark grey uniform he pulled out a small communications device, holding it slightly tighter a bright blue image of a lady dressed in what looked to be a less formal dress than the Navy a lot fancier than the any civilian. “Governess, during a routine stop of transport vessel, it appears they used some kind of magic and it attracted the Pords. They are now asking for this blockade to be shut down immediately. I ask for you to start the process of a summit with our allies to stall the removal of this blockade†the Captain said in a rather irritated tone. The Governess stayed silent for a few seconds “Captain your lucky I am in a good mood because it’s not often I accept people speaking to me like that. However, I do understand your frustration, being the Captain of your vessel and a squadron of your ships, being told by one of our allies to remove the blockade. I will contact the appropriate people and start the ball rolling for a summit, please inform our friendsâ€. The image vanished leaving the Captain on the bridge staring out into space at the Nalydian fleet. With a new resolve, he marched over to one of the bridges communications devices and responded to the demand “Now hear this, now hear this. The Triskeli Governess has called for all nations of the UMS to a summit in regards to the Triskeli blockade. Contact your leaders and inform them of the summit. Until then the Imperial fleet shall remain until a vote has occurred†he sent across all channels.
  18. Imperator Star Destroyer- ‘New Dawn’ It had been a long shift and his were starting to feel heavy, the bright lights of the console hurt his eyes, though luckily him time was nearly up and his replacement would soon be on the way. Suddenly there was a ringing sound which echoed through his head like an earthquake. His eyes rolled onto the instruments indicated that there was a vessel approaching and that they wanted to communicate with the destroyer. With a swift movement of his hands he activated the communications channel and listened to the incoming message, at first, he was shocked which was soon followed by wonder, what kind of Empire would allow a transport to have a direct communications line to their Emperor? Whatever the reason, it was his problem to deal with now and it wasn’t going away. Raising his left hand to attract the attention of the deck officer he prepared the data ready to report the issue. It took several seconds for the deck officer to make his way over, though we he did the figure cast a dark shadow over the pit where the communications crew worked away in the lower depths of the bridge."Sir, we have just received a message from a transport in system. According to the speaker they are the Emperor of a local nation, demanding why we are stopping their vessel and searching it. How shall we proceed?†CT-4494 stated. The deck officer thought for a few seconds and responded “Jam their communications, ensignâ€. Turning away from the deck officer CT-4494 immediately started getting to work on blocking communications with the transport. From the point of view of those on the transport they would be able to open communications with those around them though they would not be able to actually communicate with anyone. The Triskeli fleet had mastered the art of blocking ships without signaling they had actually been blocked, it came part and parcel of dealing with civilian ships on a daily basis. Andrew Smith had just started his shift as deck officer, though this was far from his first shift aboard the bridge of a Star Destroyer. He had just had a clone trooper report to him about a message from a nearby transport. Out of interest he had paced over to the observation port on the bridge and looked at the transport in the distance. It was well within range of all the ships weapon systems and defensive systems. This would be like taking a piece of candy from a small child, though first he would have to report the situation to Captain Rogers. He was well known for being a brash but effective commander, adored by those who served with him and hated by those who faced him in the field. Leaving the observation port, he marched over to the Captain and snapped a salute. The Captain had been talking to several armoured troopers who dispersed with the arrival of the deck officer. Rogers had been a captain for several years now and it was displayed through his candor when dealing with his subordinates. “What is wrong Smith? You look troubled†he spoke with his northern Triskeli accent, an accent which was normally associated with the poorer Triskeli, whom normally worked as factory workers and more dangerous jobs. Smith responded “Captain, the blockade is currently being breached by a transport vessel which has a high value target aboard. The target has referred to our blockade as piracy, I have scanned their and it appears there is nothing of harm aboard the vessel but at the same time, the fact an Emperor personally came down here to make a ship breach our blockade is quite bizarre and warrants an immediate breach…. oh, and our scanners picked up an object which looks like a dragon…â€. The Captain took a few seconds, formulating a response “Smith, contact the nearest fifty destroyers and approach this vessel. To my knowledge, there are two carriers within strike distance, contact the captain of each vessel and ask them to launch fighters to patrol a cordon around the transport. At the same time, have the Galactic Marines prepare for an immediate assault. Finish this off with the destroyers latching on with their tractor beams. We do not want this vessel escaping our grasp. I’ll inform Lord Apollyon of this event personally. Good luck and good huntingâ€. With that the Captain vanished from bridge. Blockade Fleet Within moments of the orders being given the nearest fifty Star Destroyers moved into position at attack speed. Fighters began to swarm in and around the transport, while none of them appeared to be on attack runs, they were definitely scouting out the target.
  19. With a rapid but subtle movement from her right arm she tapped several keys on her left arm plate and instantly transmitted the data for the Empire’s latest secret project. “I thank you for your hospitality, Governess. The Triskeli are always open to trade partners and with the reputation of the Kutathi Orbital Fabricators, I have no fear that the men and women of the Triskeli armed forces will be receiving the best in new and upgraded weapon systems. She continued You are correct in thinking that the Triskeli fleet will be expanding by a further 100 million star destroyers. We are also seeking upgrades in the form of weapon systems and shielding systems as current ones are slightly falling behind in the technology race, though they are able to handle in system primitives as they stand. One issue that was highlighted in a previous Imperial Fleet Review was the amount of personnel used on each ship, we have recently removed all hangars from ships and in their place added in more armour and more shielding to cut down further. Currently around 50,000 men are stationed aboard a normal star destroyer, we would like to cut that down to around 20,000 or even less than that, which would hopefully allow for more armour and shielding. However, I do have some other orders we’d like to place with other nations in the room. As well as our increase in ship production we will be producing one trillion clone troopers to secure our hold in this galaxy, in this system and beyond. The armour of these troopers and the weapon systems that they carry will also be built in this galaxy. For the support equipment, we would like to place an order with the people of Kressnia and for the training of this army we feel that our Nalydian friends are more than qualified. These orders are all multibillion Tricredit transactions and if accepted we will dispatch the funds within minutesâ€

  21. Triskeli blockade It had only been mere hours since the Triskeli Grand Fleet had rapidly deployed in system but since then they had sense up a defensive cordon and were spreading out even further beyond Mars, deeper into the galaxy like a swarm of metallic hornets searching out their prey. With them the Imperial fleet had brought constructions crews who had instantly began building outposts across the solar system which would allow UMS and allies better ability to track ships entering and leaving. What had appeared to start with a simple blockade had followed normal Triskeli doctrine of moving into a system to increase their presence. Triskeli Command Ship- Super Star Destroyer ‘Vengeance’ The bridge aboard the Vengeance was rather quiet from the normal business that would usually occur aboard the command ship of a blockade. Captain Sidrow stood staring out towards the red blanket, in front of him several thousand Star Destroyers were heading in different direction across the solar system, they had received their closed orders from high command and he was given his. The Empire had always been tight when it came to security and information, everything was on a need to know basis and in this case, he was not in the need to know about the Empire’s plans for the system, there had been rumors of a new weapon being built in deep space but nothing solid had been confirmed and it was likely that nothing ever would be confirmed…unless he was in the need to know. Behind him he heard the hiss of the elevator as it reached the bridge. Out stepped two Clone Marines followed by a figure he couldn’t quite see, though clearly it was a female. In the seconds that passed he could see that it was a tall blond female in a dressed in dark formal clothing, the one thing that stood out was her red lipstick was a change from the white, grey and black was the main theme of all things Imperial. Though there was one thing on his mind, why was there a civilian aboard his vessel and why was she being escorted by the Galactic Marines? So many questions and so little time to ask them all in such a short period of time. "Ma’am it appears that you have taken a wrong turn, this is the bridge of a su-“ Sidrow could barely finish his sentence before he stopped him. “Captain, if you wish to remain in command of this vessel then you will address me by correct title of ‘Madam Governor†She said softly all while staring past him at the planet. Without missing a beat, she continued “I have been just been appointed by the Empress herself to be Governor of the Empire’s new colony. My first act as Governor is to make this blockade a permanent feature of this system until it is shown that the local life forms can behave in a civilised mannerâ€. Sidrow was taken back, he was never informed that a Governess had been appointed even though he had been given command of the blockade by a Grand Admiral. “Madam Governor, I do not mean to offend but won’t that even cause the locals to resist Imperial rule even more than they already are. We haven’t achieved our land operations yet, I feel this will only inflame the situation even more than it is†he hissed. A smile crossed the Governesses face “That’s the exact point, I want you to feign incompetence, not that someone of your stature would have to try too hard to achieve that. Once the locals feel that they can take the Imperial fleet, you are to come down on them like an iron fist and squad any hope of rebellion. The UMS will reign supreme in this system now and forever, if you achieve this Captain, you will receive a nice shiny medal and maybe a promotionâ€. she winked with her blue eyes “Any ship that comes into our influence is to be searched, this does not include our allies or UMS members, they are free to go at any rate, while one in five foreign ships are to be stopped and searched by the Galactic Marines. If you have any concerns, I’ll be moving myself to Orbis for my officeâ€. After a few seconds, she has left the bridge almost as soon as she had arrived, leaving Sidrow to his thoughts. He took no time in instantly issuing new orders to the remaining fleet around Mars of their new occupational role, it would only be a matter of time until the Empire got a reaction from the locals. One thing that he appeared to know that the Governess didn’t, was that DS3 was in the universe acting as a base of operations, maybe someone hadn’t told her or she wasn’t clear. The command chain in the Empire was never clear, somehow Sidrow, mere hours ago had been aboard the station and now was at the helm of a SSD while the Governess didn’t know about all the hands she had to play, which worried him quite a lot.
  22. Imperial High Command-Deep Station 3- Deep Space- Location: Classified The room was dimly lit, in the centre was a large metallic table large enough to sit thirty or so people. Around the edge sat men in various uniforms, most were either Captains or Admirals, some were young, some were old but all were experienced in their own field. At the far end of the table, stood in front of a holographic display board was a younger looking man whom was wearing the white uniform of a Grand Admiral. “This morning at 8 am we received notice from our Nalydian intelligence and naval counter parts that the local life forms are preparing for war against themselves on the planet know as ‘Mars’. We cannot allow them to think they have the rights to such aggressive antics, thus, the full force of the Imperial fleet will be put into use to blockade the planet with the assistance of our allies†behind him the holographic changed as he spoke showing the planet, the events that had unfolded and the Imperial plan that had be concocted. One of the younger Captain’s stood and spoke “My lord, how many ships will this blockade take? With the arrival of this battle station, we should put it to use and show them true power in this galaxy!†There was a slightly chuckle in the room from the others who dare not speak after the sudden outburst. The Grand Admiral let out a slight chuckled and responded “Captain Sidrow, I have direct orders from Captain Lancer herself that this station is to remain hidden in deep space unless it is an urgent emergency and this pathetic show of force by the local life forms does not warrant such a show of force. Now if you’d allow me to continue Captain?†Sitting down the younger Captain appeared to be angered but knew better than to strike at a person in such a powerful position. Admiral Albireo gestured towards the display as we spoke “As of now, the 8th Sector Fleet and the 15th Sector Fleet have rendezvoused on the edge of the system preparing for immediate departure to the blockade zone. The task force consists of 100,000 Imperator Star Destroyers and 250 Super Star Destroyers which are to act as the command ships of the force on a day to day basis. There will also be a rapid response force by the station at all times to respond to any situation, including war in the sector. All codes will be dispatched to each of you individually when you arrive at your respective command vessel. In terms of land units, we’ve had reinforcements in the form of the 20 Sector Armies which are being prepared for rapid deploy anywhere in the galaxy. Of course, our main plane for is for peace on Mars so our strategists are working on a model for ground operations on Mara before we work on any other planet in the system. Though much like before, if any situation does develop you do wish to report to High Command, you will be given for codes for that. That is all for now, dismissedâ€. Some of the men decided to stay around and discuss with other Captains or Admirals about the operation ahead but most simply left the room without saying anything, on their way to board their assigned ship. The Imperial Fleet With the plans finalised the combined fleets of Imperial fleet set off to join the blockade. Leading the grand fleet was the formation of Super Star Destroyers which would be key to enforcing Triskels plan and showing off Imperial might. Leading behind the giants were the smaller Star Destroyers which made up the bulk of the fleet, though each ship was capable of burning a planet by themselves, the fleet would be more than enough for the mission at hand.
  23. The Hangar Bay-Tlaloc 22 Lancer removed her helmet and placed it beneath her right arm, she shook her head gently to free her hair. Never have been on such a diplomatic mission, this felt odd for her, normally she was at the helm of a star destroyer leading a battle formation or on the ground with her fellow troops, this was different however, though in what way she wasn’t sure quite yet. Neural implants started tracking the figures who were fast approaching her, normally information about the target would be fed to Lancer’s brain so she knew a little about them, instead, this time they came up with a blank, the Triskeli intelligence had no information on these people at all. This made Lancer feel quite uncomfortable, she was used to knowing nearly everything about those she met. The figure had just bowed in the few seconds that had passed “Sen'en, I thank you very much for your warm welcome, I do plan on staying at the station for a while, even after our business is done as I will need to fill out a few reports. I will have my men bring across my personal belongings to the station while we do our businessâ€. The long corridors reminded Lancer of her visits to the Death Stars, when she visited those it felt like the corridors would never end, it must have been hell for those who were permanently stationed on them. All of a sudden she had the woman who had greeted her at the hangar asking about her life when she was a lot younger. Not many people knew her real name or even what she did before becoming Lancer. The Triskeli Intelligence agencies had made sure that her former self had be removed from existence, no trace was left of her former self…bar her grieving family who believed that she was long dead “There is very little interesting about my younger self, I grew up the daughter of a Stormtrooper, traveling from planet to planet. When I was old enough I went to the Imperial academy and here I am. I rose through the ranks due to my ability and skill as a commander of men. That’s all there is to know I’m afraid. I’ll have my office send over all the records for youâ€. She smirked as they continued to walk. They passed through the rift gate and she felt weird, never having used one before this was her first time, something to add to the list she guessed, her eyes fell upon the U-shaped table and the view that was sat behind it. She blinked several times which caused her neural implants to save the image for future viewing, the idea that she would pay someone to paint that image and have it hanging behind her desk mused her mind. Taking her seat, she awaited the arrival of others from the UMS, in the mean time she placed three holo platforms on the table and activated each one with a wave of her hand. The first was the image of an Imperator star destroyer, though in an exploded view showing all its inner workings. The second was the image of a clone trooper, also in an exploded view, with text bubbles explaining what each part of the armour was made of and what its role was. The last hologram was of a new ship design that not many others had seen. Little did others know that Triskel would soon be ordering nearly one hundred million ships and a new clone army of a trillion troopers to guard the new colony.
  24. Tlaloc 22 One by one the star destroyers appeared from the darkness of space, their blue engines were bright in the black, pushing the ships forward at an ever-faster pace towards their target. The space station sat in front of formation spanning out many kilometres in every direction, the destroyers were ants compared to the giant which lurked in front of them. Spawning from the rear of the station there was a tower which reached up into space, along either side of the tower were bright lights which illuminated the dark side while the local star which sat behind the station illuminated everything else giving anyone looking at the station and awe inspiring vision of the giant, maybe to spire fear, maybe to inspire a sense of power, only time would tell. The Captain’s personal hangar was quite small, much smaller than most Imperial hangars which were capable of fitting hundreds of fighters in and thousands of armoured Imperials. Sitting on the edge of the hangar was Lancer’s personal transport, it was smaller than most of the Empire’s shuttles but it was just as fast and as agile in combat. Though this time Lancer wouldn’t need those kinds of attributes for this mission, she had been sent personally by the Empress for a trade deal and a large one at that. Jumping onto the armoured wing the cockpit hissed back and she took her seat. Tapping at holocontrols the engines roared to life and the craft lifted off of the deck and into space. In seconds the formation of star destroyers had been left behind and the station grew only larger in size, around her there were many craft going and coming, none of which he recognised personally from her experience. As she was approaching he was greeted by the stations crew and told to where she should be landing. Pulling the stick back on the craft she was roaring up towards the centre of the station where the embassy hangar bay would be waiting for her. She felt the craft shake as the tractor beam pulled her craft towards the station.
