  1. Well I guess that's true about Arrgh, but if you are counting RW out because they weren't militarized, you might as well count most of our allies out as well, seeing as they're weren't really militarized either. And I suppose that's true about the updeclares, but I also know for a fact that TEst would have been willing to decomm units, drop down and attack us, so there's a bit you can do besides sit and wait. Either way it would have been very difficult to pull off. I appreciate the vote of confidence but I think you're both overestimating alliances like OoS NW and Dragonstone and underestimating TEst RW and Arrgh
  2. A single alliance? What about RW and Arrgh? And you are criticizing me for not believing in my alliance but you are also claiming that your alliance would have lost that war, so...
  3. Well, first of all, I believe you mean Order of Storms instead of Order of the White Rose. We were never been allied with OWR, but we did protect OoS. Secondly, WTF didn't want to join, so that left NW, Dragonstone, OoS SK and Polaris to fight TEst, Arrgh, and probably RW. OoS was very inactive, and Dragonstone was 90% low tier players. If you really believe Valyria, (just beaten down by TEst) NW, Dragonstone, Polaris, OoS and SK could have taken out TEst, RW, and Arrgh, then there is simply no reasoning with you. Even with WTF we most likely could not have done it.
  4. Polaris had taken out Arrgh? Pretty sure you are confusing two situations there. And thanks for your interpretation of the situation, but we had quite a different one. Like Mikey said before, SK was not very militarized, and we came to the conclusion (accurate in my opinion) that calling them in to attack you guys would have resulted in their being rolled. Valyria undoubtedly would have taken more damage had we called them in, and we decided that it was foolish to make a decision that would result in more damage to us and our allies when in reality we wanted to make decisions that achieved the opposite. "and if SK had entered and warred TEst, along with updeclares from your allies" Who are these mysterious allies you speak of that would have joined SK and turned the tide against you?
  5. If we had requested them to join they would have done so without a second of hesitation, and they made that fact very clear to us at the time. We decided as an alliance not to call them in. Absolutely ridiculous that people believe we were pleading and begging for help and SK refused. if they had betrayed us like that do you really think we would have merged into them?

  7. Valyria hereby recognises the state of war with Terminus Est As a Valyrian it saddens me to see our two alliances come to war. TEst occupies a unique position of power with its dominating upper tier, and it is a shame to see that power used to attack younger alliances...for what exactly? Because you raided our protectorate and we retaliated? Or maybe that wasn't important and you just wanted a good war. I can respect that, though I fail to see how Valyria, nearly 2k average score below you, can offer any kind of challenge or stimulus. Frankly, it’s a bit odd to see someone who tends to advocate political change to be beating down one of the main groups making a real change in the politics of this game. We are not blind to the power differences here, both in terms of overall war experience and the sheer disparity of score. We have no hope of winning this fight, though what few nations we have in range don't intend to take this lying down. Nevertheless, even the combined forces of all our allies cannot hope to save us from...whatever this is, and while we appreciate their offers we have no intention of them dying with us this day.
