  1. That was against the rules. BKNet was not. It should not be retroactively after the sunk costs and its easy platform for anyone and everyone to be able to do it.
  2. Firstly I enjoy your claims that NPO somehow does not do everything manually. We in fact have always done things manually for the most bit, including for years sending out resources to 130-150 nations manually. What the bots do is a quality of life addition in member management for large alliances. A banking bot does nothing else but ensure greater management of large AA's, nothing else. It's not an added advantage. Any AA willing to do the work is free too. It's not some secret that only a select few have built. Banking bots have been allowed since 2015/16 or longer and fully available to anyone who wants to spend the time building it. If you don't want to, you're free not to, but I daresay I have no idea why you'd want to undo work that was done legally by quite a few people, just because you chose not to to build programs to make your experience better in the game. Also Rose quite clearly did automate a tonne of stuff. At least Zevfer was famous for it. So this is a little case of pot calling kettle black. The only abuse I've seen since the hades incident is this one where George breached BKNet for his own personal reasons. This has nothing to do with every other bot in function within the game, and BKNet has never been misused within the confines of the game. Prove me wrong here.
  3. Curu has posted proof of where George discussed the actions, that occurred right after. I've posited that he's the most likely culprit behind this. I've also backed up almost all of my statements on fact, or information that I have at the time, and that is subject to change, as the facts eventually reveal themselves. But you're welcome to show me otherwise.
  4. Maybe/maybe not. If Leo lied about that fine. But I daresay, most alliances would be lying publicly about their war plans and stuff that goes on in their back room. I look forward to you try that though! Irrefutable proof is just that though, if it is so true, post it for all of us to see.
  5. Also where his government supported the said action, and James was the first to come up with a "counter-argument" to the whole thing, claiming Leo's done it in the past to escape reps. I'm still trying to remember when Leo ever led BK during a war where we negotiated reps. Wasn't that Yoso and then you @Curufinwe? Something fishy about his timelines.
  6. I'm still awaiting for the proof of crying wolf. Should not be so hard if it was this fresh in your memory. Also while you're at it, can you give a few times where BK lied?
  7. Nope, I posit it is very likely that he did it. He explicitly stated he could and an hour later the actions began.
  8. I do enjoy your love for buzzwords and constant repetition of the term in the hope that it'd be true. It is not bannable, it was okayed by Admin years ago. I don't access his account, the interface does, all I have is the interface, where I pop a number in, and the money is sent. The bot does nothing else. If one has to move banks, they'd have to manually move it. I know this because I've held BK's bank for a while, and moved across offshores and all. The bot doesn't trade for you. You don't pop in a buy or sell request and it magically appears in your nation. Furthermore, the bot most definitely should not have access to BK's in game control panel. Those were all things that we were told about the system in place. The last part is news to quite a few of us, except George, and the fact that he used it and you don't mind that, is even more surprising. But if you don't mind it, than pointing that out should not be problematic to you. I'm still looking forward to your proof regarding Leo's previous claims though. I enjoy this entire tangent we've gone on. Colour me shocked. This whole war has gotten so convoluted I'm actually in support of @Cooper_ and @Azaghul's positions. Hell did freeze over, the day TKR low government and NPO seemingly have a common stance on something
  9. People claim we have access to Leo's account in PnW. We do not. Hugely different. Via an interface that gives you no control over Leo's account is the key difference. No where did I claim I was ooc attacked. I was simply rebutting his claims that I did though. You seem to selectively read though, weird.
  10. That's more on point. It's more an interface, that we put the amounts in, Leo's nation sends it out. There's no direct connection between user and Leo's nation. We don't have his nation details, access to his physical nation on the Politics and War page, and most definitely do not have access to his alliance management permissions. All of which folks keep conflating into this argument. You literally said one logs onto Leo's nation in the post above. Wait I'll even quote it. The bot in principle was to send bank money and nothing else. Any hidden activities would be news to me and I imagine @Curufinwe and others. James claimed that multiple times. I'm asking for said proof. I'm also asking for proof where Leo has claimed to be hacked in the past. If you don't wish to send it forward, then you're the liar here. I don't claim to be honourable, but I am truthful yes. I haven't lied to you. I said there's a deal, a 6month NAP and no previous reason can be used to hit you. After that deal, whatever happens, happens. Where exactly do you find any log where I discuss breaking the NAP? In fact, I spoke to Leo on your behalf to get that NAP in order, to give you six months to figure out where you want to go, and what you want to do in this game, and even offered you NPO's protection. I'm yet to see where any of that some how makes me a liar. Again what OOC remarks? You can ask @Yuno about this one as well. She said I conducted OOC attacks against you, and I submitted our entire conversation to her, and she said there was nothing of an ooc manner. But if you want to spin it that way, feel free. I don't particularly care in causing pain to you IRL, or anyone over a game. I do enjoy the politics and different experiments within the game in terms of foreign policy, but I keep it to that. But keep going on this tangent, I look forward to discussing this in further detail, to once again prove how you're great at misrepresenting facts.
  11. Yes telling you to own the fact you're okay with actions like is tears. Great rebuttal, much vow. Nope. You put your request onto BKNet, and Leo's nation will forward it. At no point did we physically log in. It definitely didn't have a component to kick people when it came out. News to me, but thanks George! I'm a liar is it? Leo has claimed he was hacked before to escape reps? Please show me where. Haha. Says the guy who's misrepresenting how BKNet/Ayybank worked. Good job.
  12. They don't have access to his nation. It's a third party add-on, that allows folks to put in requests to it, and Leo's nation sends it out. As simple as that. Had no alliance management stuff, nothing else. It's quite simple. Heck I'm still learning it could be used to kick folks, only because George brought it up. Was news to me and Leo. Hence the request to check with Alex if someone accessed his account in game.
  13. It's not general nature. It's a figment of your imagination. The nature of said bot was discussed with Alex when it was conceived and put into place and Alex okayed it. It isn't bannable, BK followed protocol and the game admin okayed it. Moreover, Leo didn't "share his account", but the intricacies of the bot itself seems to be so misunderstood its hilarious.
  14. No one shared their account, but keep peddling that too. I enjoy how every time one asks you for when was the last time Leo "faked a hack" to get out of reps as you keep claiming, you deflect to other arguments. So you're talking out of your ass again. Nice of you James. Was illuminating how everyone else bought that defense without any proof whatsoever. Still awaiting that proof. In this case, BKNet was breached by George. Own it. If you're okay with that behaviour its fine, just accept it, proclaim it and move on. Your attempts at deflection is cute, while accusing us of doing the things you're seemingly fine with anyway. So George did all the above, it's all wrong, but it's okay since it's BK. Got it. Quite the pivot EM. No lies here. In case one, Leo asked Alex to see if his nation was accessed by someone else. Alex said nothing was seen except BKNet stuff. So it happened via BKNet. Where in that is a lie? Especially when you just conceded George did all of the above that Leo said he did? I don't see BK crying. I see BK coming back and constantly rebuilding, every time George has pulled some stuff. If anything their community is resilient and stand for something. Something you never will be able to do, whatever little micro you attempt to lead. This is something we understand perfectly well. Maybe that's why there is no peace to be had at the moment Cooper himself admitted the said conversation took place. I'll let Curu drop the logs.
  15. No, but George did discuss how he could do what he did via BKNet. I imagine @Cooper_ and a few others can confirm that he did discuss kicking BK members off the AA.
  16. Not an accusation. There are logs of discussing this exact scenario, immediately after, said actions happened and he claims innocence. It's quite the coincidence really. There were some who told him to not do it, and I've sent my personal kudos to them, and some who egged him on. Those who did, have been noted. [citation needed] especially since Leo wasn't online throughout and unreachable. I'm surprised you keep running this line of argument, I'm still awaiting the citation where Leo claimed this before, as you keep announcing to everyone. Please do share.
  17. Should point out where George said he was going to do something in Coal A, then went and did it, i.e kick BK members and attempt to steal their bank. That's quite on topic! I look forward to the removal and disavowing of Demacia's actions.
  18. [citation needed]. Still haven't backed up your claims
  19. He was unauthorised to use BKnet, had a dummy account and breached the security of the site for in-game benefits. Its quite clear, its against any terms and conditions IRL. It's like someone who was at an office, set up a backdoor and quit. Later used that backdoor to steal stuff for his new boss etc. It's against most terms and conditions of websites. So lets not try to equivocate on something as simple as that. Gorge deserves what's coming to him for using an unauthorised backend access to BKNet, to get into Leo's account and pull out stuff, he was not authorised too. Was it terrible security, maybe, but he still broke it, and deserves everything that's coming to him.
  20. An explanation for why one is being hit ICily, without any OOC material (discord logs or anything), seems fine under Alex's ruling. Or are you contradicting Alex's own statement a few posts above?
  21. Well North Point deserves to get smacked for hitting Cam's ally. Onwards to more war!
  22. ?‍♀️ I mean at the end of the day, in this case, TMC/NP tried to start a war of aggression on a protected alliance and refused to back down. Here we are.
