They can be in the same alliance. You just can't use alliance banks to transfer money or resources between these two nations on the same network. Nor can you two fight the same nation in a war.

All it takes is an air attack (doesn't matter the outcome) and then you lose the war because apparently your resistance drops to zero then. Not only that but then you would surrender more money and resources than you have, effectively having your nation destroyed since your power goes out until at least the next day. Please don't implement this into the regular server until this is fixed.

But... but doesn't the wealth from the top nations "trickle down" to the lower nations?

I am currently suspending the FAAOWCST due to a little change of the current international political situation concerning Amino Acids.

Anyone who interferes with this Operation will have their nations enrolled in the Building Inspection Program, which may result in the loss of many hundreds units of infrastructure.

This war can also be referred as FAAOWCST Orbis-wide War on Communist/Socialist Terror War on Communist/Socialist Terror Due to Socialists and Communists long, widespread abuse of Amino Acids, I have already announce the beginning of the Federation of Amino Acids's Orbis-wide War on Communist/Socialist Terror earlier this month. As of now, I have already launched Operation #1 against haermany, a socialist nation. We expect to return to this Operation as soon as possible. We expect this war to be a long war, but remember that Communist/Socialists had already mistreated our nation for far too long. Now due to Euroasian Union harboring two Communist/Socialist terrorist nations that had attacked us last week, I shall launch FAAOWCST Operation #2. There shall now exist a State of War between Euroasian Union and Amino Acids until it either remove the Communist/Socialist terrorists or pay damage reparations of $1,000,000.

Unfortunately our nation cannot maintain this war due to war range differences.

Our inspectors reported that our construction crews have successfully completed their project at Alexandria, The Democratic Republic of Great Egypt. At the conclusion of the project, the city is left with 325.22 fewer units of infrastructure and one fewer factory. We expect to launch another project in a short amount of time.

Well I just "renovated" one of Arlana Pacifica's cities. Now with 320 fewer units of infrastructure and one fewer stadium in Pearl of the Pacific, it's capital city. Our "construction crew" *ahem I mean our missile crews did a great job, didn't they?

Apparently Abraham Liberty of Arlana Pacfica (https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=47391) doesn't know what side of the Silent war I am on. Well that's too bad because he's going to get a delivery of some gifts at his door for raiding Amino Acids.

Apparently HBE wishes to continue hostilities. I guess I'll have to suspend peace to HBE for a little while. In the meantime, set the missiles loose.

Due to the apparent VE, Oblivion, HBE dropout of the war, Amino Acids offers peace and no further aggression on those nations. They will also be the last wars for this global war. PEACE! From there, we're going to refocus towards the alliance that is the reason for my involvement.

I don't know exactly how long I spent on this, but I definitely knew I spent hours so I won't appreciate criticism with no guidance.

Imagine you, as a farmer tending the crops when suddenly you see a thick cloud of dirt above you. You thought this would be a Dust Bowl storm, but it's dirt kicked up from the ongoing nuclear war. It's like the Dust Bowl hitting every farm on Orbis at the same time. Every nation had to adjust their policies in this new, harsh world, including implementing food rationing, stockpiling on food, and sending diplomats to negotiate a reduction on nuclear proliferation and usage. Otherwise the situation today might happen again in the future. While Amino Acids was not targeted with a nuclear weapon, its citizens and its government has been at great panic since none of its farmers can grow food. Economics projected that food prices would skyrocket a few days before, although they do not know exactly how it will skyrocket. Despite those projections, the government decided not to purchase food, which sprouted major protests throughout the nation. Food prices quadrupled in the last few days, and economists expected that it will continue to rise, which might stretch the very fabric of the foundation of Amino Acids, and has led to nationwide food rationing. Currently Carboxylian inventory counts calculate that Amino Acids have sufficient food for over 2 months under the rationing program, assuming that it does not lose nor gain food via wars. Sadly, global food prices indicate that the situation is not unique to Amino Acids, as mentioned earlier. We have reports that smaller, poorer nations has already experienced empty markets and is struggling to deliver adequate food, so people there fought to the death over unripe apples, decomposing bread, and even cockroaches. Governments failed to contain this scale of looting, so they resorted to other extreme measures, such as waging war on other nations simply to obtain basic needs. As days pass by, bigger and wealthier nations experienced the same problems, so they were forced to implement emergency procedures or suffer tragic consequences. Over time, not even the biggest, strongest and most prepared nations are immune to food shortages. However, there are silver linings that the Carboxylian government has observed. People Orbiswide prayed to the Gods to save their beloved nations from famish. But the Gods rejected their prayers and He commanded them to petition their leaders to limit nuclear proliferation and usage. On top of that, the Gods vowed not to change the values of the radiation or food production, so Carboxylian government officials expect struggling nations to petition to nuclear armed nations to restrict their nuclear arms stockpiles and deployment. But in the meantime, the war will rage on as food production finally reaches 0 on all continents, with the prepared nations with large food stockpiles to outlast the war. Will the world leaders come together to negotiate a limit on nuclear weapons use? When will the next war be to see if the Nuclear Proliferation Treaties stand? According to Amino Acids's top statisticians, the low, high, mean, median, standard deviation and mode of the interwar periods are 2 months, 7 months, 3.4 months, 3 months, 1.6 months and 2 months with a good ol' skew to the right. That means that the next war is most likely going to happen in about 3 months after this war ends. However, the government don't have models on how the world leaders would negotiate on nuclear weapons, so good luck and may the political atmosphere be in your favor.

Isn't it so funny? But they exited the war just as quick as they entered the war. Well I can't grow food but I should have enough to last the war, or hopefully have my enemies starving before me.

Welcome to North America, where you're better off just demolishing your farms and replacing them with other improvements. I mean, NO ONE CAN GROW FOOD THERE. At least I'm in Asia.

I wouldn't be surprised if you decide to go to war with me. But I fear less from raiders now. Remember those missiles you gave me about a month ago? Well there's so many raiders I had to produce them almost every day. At least those missiles are doing their jobs of keeping those raids costly, and boosting Carboxylian morale. Maybe one day I can undergo nuclear proliferation and see which raiders would commit robbery on Carboxylian soil.

I'm pretty sure this is the appropriate forum for this post. Also I'm involved in the major war on the side of TKR, BK, t$ or The Chola so it would be misguided policy if they raid me while I fight SK, VE and HBE (for personal problems with SK). But yeah if you want to raid me I'll add your alliance to the "raid" list for the remainder of the major war. Unless you're SK, VE or HBE, you're already on the "raid" list.
