    Anyone else tired of "offshore" alliance bank?

    How about requiring at least 5 nations in an alliance, or else alliance bank functionality is disabled. 5 nations that are not on Gray, nor in Vacation Mode. Thoughts?

      Alliances will just put 5 people in the offshore banks.

      All this really does is make it more annoying to keep track of member counts in war etc.

    It's finally settling in – the fact that this game is getting increasingly more boring and uneventful as the same debates are thrown around and the last major war we had was six months ago.
