  1. "The third change is a new tier 1 naval trait, which increases the chance of blocking the missiles/nukes of a nation you’re blockading by 10% (this is multiplicative to the current 30%/25% chance)."

Nukes/missiles should not be nerfed more. They are the only units half the combatants can use after the first round. Unless the point is to encourage people to not log in after the first round of war?

The project has also had its city cap raised from c15 to c20, in line with the pre-existing new player bonuses and where city timers begin.

i suggested this a while ago (but in regards to AUP at c15-16) however the activity center should disable after the city cost project is purchasable (so after c21) it currently creates a weird incentive where players sit on manifest destiny for 5 days, then buy c16(or c21 now) and then immediately buy the city cost project at the same time. I suppose the costs are negligible and you are arguably losing the income of a city which is worth more. However AC is guaranteed income so if a war breaks out you have that no matter what and so it's just safer to not take the risk unless there is a global nap and you know you're safe.

  3. Need an abstain for the other 3 because i want to vote no changes alone. The constant changeing of the war system is a development black hole and has been since pnw came out. Every change to it since 2016 has been a net negative that has worsened the game and sucked endless energy from developing new features in favor of the endless revision of making war better. I have said a variation of following comment multiple times over the years and I will post it yet again: No war update will satisfy everyone and revisions only makes things worse as everyone currently playing generally finds the war system acceptable enough to keep playing but any changes to it threatens to push them away and quit when they experience it the following war. The constant loss of older players in government or leadership roles who quit following unpopular war changes has happened since at least the military population update.

No one is holding a gun to your head forcing you to update the war system yet again. You can always just leave it and move onto new features.

    Here is one from 2018...

I may be wrong, but this is potentially the (or at least one of the) first thread.

People out here crying about a PW tradition that has lasted almost 10 years because they are getting dogpiled. Something that has happened plenty of times over time.

Hi. First prop thread is buried somewhere in the beta forums. Also, imgur is yeeting all those old photos next week so someone should probably save a copy of all the old memes lest they get lost to time.

Finally, the memes here are kinda weak, ngl. Certainly with the sheer amount of people involved there should be more and better ones, no?

Woah look at that you learned how to read our page correctly! Many congrats!

But damn, I apologize for wasting my time by talking to you. Here I was thinking we were having fun.

I would recommend reading through one of the old NPO or Alpha threads if you want to see what fun is. I wanted to have fun but like, words cannot express my disappointment in the two of you. This is just boring, at least try to make a coherent narrative that lasts longer than a single page next time? It's not hard, half the playerbase are literally children so you don't have to put a ton of effort in. Just remember to at least try for your next dow?
