I was against this until I realized that this was a pretty good way to get sheepy to build a recruiting tool into the forums so we can divvy up the active players (or more active than the ones that don't bother using it).
I mean, I've been answering random players questions anyways, may as well try and recruit them too.
The problem was that 20 spies could, in one attack, destroy 15 opposing spies or 10 boats. I think the nerf was fine, I wouldn't mind seeing the upkeep costs reduced a bit (maybe -10% upkeep included with the intelligence NP?)
Rainbow councils Sorry meant the color senates should be 5 instead of 6 players. Also, could they put ceilings in place as well as floors thus removing the need for the average price feature?
It only applies to NATO allies, not Ukraine. Although that much isn't surprising and Russia hasn't and won't attempt any attack on a NATO nation because they know NATO would have no choice but to respond in force.
I seriously doubt Russia has any intention of invading Estonia, Latvia, or any other NATO country. Russia isn't going to mount an overt invasion anywhere under NATO protection, so this commitment won't have to be backed up. Just tough words to save face after the "We don't have a strategy for ISIL" comment.
